When I made the appointment to get my tires rotated & a transmission flush everything was good. Very good communication etc. Even looking at the reviews i decided yes this is a good place. Unfortunately I went in for service & paid $264. After my car got done I still noticed something wrong with my tires it didn’t feel right while I was bagging out. I took my car to the place I got the car from just to find out my 2 front tires were so bad they were going in the shape of a triangle. On top of my back tires weren’t leveled correctly. I was told Christian Brothers should have told me that because they definitely seen it “if they really rotated my tires”. So I had to pay $800 for brand new tires after Christian Brothers ripped me off. I called them & was told some crazy excuse. I’m uncertain if there was even a transmission flush. But I will soon find out about that also. I wasted money here

10/10 recommend! super friendly and helpful staff!!! Repairs were quick for all that needed done and very transparent throughout the whole process! Plus they have taxi service to take you home if needed! Definitely check out Christian brothers for your next car repair!

I’ve taken 3 cars here for maintenance and various repairs and have been happy with the service and communication. They explain stuff well and have reasonable prices for quality work. I’ll continue using CBA.

I would definitely give this place tin stars they go way above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back to this place. They even brought me home. They threw in an oil change and was very upfront with the price and gave me a three year warranty. They offered me, the coupon that was offered at that time Brian was exceptional and I did my own checking. They were very comparable with other places but was able to get everything done in one day. this place for my experience was the best place that I’ve been to and I definitely would be coming back. Everybody was great money when I went to pick it up. I was very excited to know that he saved me an additional $200 was very very honest and that is, very nice. Brian would always say it was a pleasure to serve you and that is something that I think is great

Friendly. Reliable. Reasonable pricing. Clear and responsive communication in person, phone, text, and email. Really appreciate the picture/video of the items they find during inspection that they recommend addressing. They won over my husband and me with our auto services needed so far. We were growing dissatisfied with our prior auto service company because things kept popping up after we just took our cars there for service and it was expensive. Very happy so far with Christian Brothers Automotive and will return. Thank you! I think they'll need to look into a bigger parking lot soon.

Do yourself a favor and take your car to Christian Brothers. They are the best. I had an issue with my car a pretty serious one something with the motor failing and they fixed it fast. 10/10 quality and service!Services: Transmission

Booking my appointment was super easy! I submitted an inquiry online and the next business day I was contacted via text to select a timeframe that best suited my needs. I was greeted when I arrived and the facility was clean. They offered me snacks and beverages after I checked my vehicle in for an oil change as I waited there for them to complete the service. As I sat down, I received a text letting me know my car was being worked on and I received an inspection report to notify me of the current condition of my car’s parts, indicating which services I should consider servicing. The manager walked me through the report and asked if I was interested in booking those services and was very respectful when I declined. They had my oil change completed in 75 minutes. I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with Christian Brothers and I will be a returning customer.Service: Oil change
