Gone are the days when Burlington used to be a great place for families to shop. It has become a hostile environment with the new manager - Chris. Witnessed a family shopping and how he was screaming at them because the child with autism was having an episode. Parents explained- Said he could do whatever he liked because he is the manager of the store. The more he screamed the more the situation got worse.I understand that the labor market is low but branded names like this should still uphold their name. Hire a good manager or offer training. This manager needs anger management and customer service training asap. Would be worried to have kids or vulnerable around him. Seems like a danger to the public. Be careful if you have kids . Don’t subject them to this. Burlington do something about this.

Set up was like an upscale Goodwill, but there is a better price per value/quality. Great variety and options.

Compared to other Burlingtons I have been to this is a clean and organized store. Even the customer service is great especially compared to the one in speedway.

Great location definitely impressed there was an older man working we have ran into him on two other occasions finally coming to face and introducing himself as management didn't quite catch his name but he's an older man was very active and put our customer service needs first just wanted to say great job boss
