Tires only anything else beware. 6 months of waiting to be told it was finished twice and still waiting. Was told they didn’t finish because I didn’t look like I could pay. 3800$ on 22 hrs labor 1000$ on parts (gaskets). Parking lot job so no shop time taken up. Could have got a new crate motor instead.

I was driving to Chicago and got a flat tire. It was 7:30 am and I didn’t know what to do. They patch my tire and they were super nice. I plan to use them again. Great experience

Thank you Stacie and Dan for taking the time get things done right on my vehicle. They got the right parts ordered in the same day and gave me the best price in town to get my suspension and brakes replaced. They went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done well, fast and at a very reasonable price. Half the price quoted at the dealership. Thank you guys!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Called this morning about getting my tire repaired. Gentlemen who answered the phone asked if I asked if they had a 5pm appointment and they said yes and then asked if we could come earlier at 4:30. I let them know that wasn’t an option and that I would take the 5pm. At that point he said he didn’t have 5pm appointment after saying he did a minute prior. He then denied saying there was. I looked online and there was a 5pm appointment. I didn’t bring my car there and never will.

Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at a shop like this. I came in on a Wednesday needing a couple of minor fixes.They didn’t get to it until Friday, and the first thing they looked at, they had to order a part for. That’s fine. Problem is, they DIDNT TELL ME that they had done it, even though I was told when I dropped it off that they would call me after they diagnosed it and before they started to work on it.They got the part the next Thursday, and only then did I realize that they hadn’t even TOUCHED the other issues. I waited at the shop while they FINALLY worked on things they could have worked on while they were waiting for the part that was unrelated (taillight). Then I was told there was a leak in the water pump after they fixed the other things. So i waited another day.After 9 days, I drove it home. The next time I tried to drive it, the battery was dead. I looked under the hood, and the battery was COVERED in soot, dirt, and whatever else. I ended up having to replace the battery that was only a year old, and had no issues when I brought it in. Of course I had someone else do it, because Big O Tires would have probably just destroyed my engine next.This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with any business ever, and I can’t help but feel like I’ve been bent over. Either they did this to rack up the charges, or they are the most incompetent workers in the state.

Even though we did not purchase our tires at Big O’s, they fixed my wife’s flat tire, free of charge. We took it in to the shop in the morning and it was done prior to closing. We found our new tire shop in the area. Awesome customer service!

I had a leak in my tire, contacted them to ask about service and was thrilled to learn that repairs are done free. My dad owns a shop down south, so having it done locally was much easier. I brought it in and they told me they could not repair it and I needed to pay $500 for two new tires, this is not an option as I'm a single mom and can't afford it. I drove down to my dad who quickly discovered that it was just a repair job and never need a new tires! So disappointed they tied to take advantage of me. Beware!!

I have to say that this franchise is amazing. I went in for a Tesla tire repair and as I was waiting, there was a lady that had a cooling issue with her Charger. The team took the time to clearly explain the issue and worked hard to find a way to repair the car as reasonably as possible. They were completely transparent to the issue and cost and gave clear instructions on how to get home without damaging the car before parts could arrive and the car could be fixed. Wendy even gave her cell phone number to the customer if she needed any help. The care the team had for this woman was excellent. Then after repairing my tire and showing me the nails, it went to pay and they told me no charge. I did not even buy my tires there. I will definitely take all my cars there for anywork that needs to be done. Go to this franchise and you will see what I experienced first hand!

Great experience. From out of town with bad alternator. Great service, friendly, great hospitality, tried to save me money, and work after hours to get me on the road. The lady managing the store was great!

I needed a very last minute tire repair and Wendy &the 2 guys took us in right away at 8am Saturday morning. It was absolutely refreshing to see the level of customer service and professionalism Wendy and the staff were able to give. An inviting and positive environment. Will absolutely recommend this location and be using them for future tire concerns!

Always positive service, great communication, as well as honest service. We took our car in for brakes and an oil change, but they forgot to do the oil change so they did the oil change but comped the service due to their error. That’s honest and kind service.

I took my vehicle in for a nail in the my tire. I was told they can’t patch. That’s ok. I wanted to leave after my vehicle had been clearly put back together. I waited 20 minutes and I finally said can I leave. The manager Ryan comes out and said that wasn’t protocol. That I couldn’t leave until the car in front of me was done? Garage doors on both sides. He got very confrontational and abrasive. Told me not to come back. I won’t believe me. Nor should you!
