This is a great company who genuinely cares about their customers needs. We had a fireplace glass shatter during one of the coldest days this winter. This was allowing a lot of cold air to come into our home and our furnace could not keep up. Suburban Glass rushed our order at no extra charge to make sure that we were taken care of and warm.
They have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service here was terrific. The staff are very knowledgeable and don't mind researching various options. They have about any kind of glass you want at reasonable prices. And, they'll custom cut it to meet your needs. I spoke with Steve at the store.

As sometimes happens our screens were in need of repair. We tried to do them ourselves but as it turns out our house has screens from a bygone era that the parts can only be found by specialists! After a bit of searching we were directed to this company who does in fact repair even our custom old screens. Hallelujah! It was easy to bring in the item as everything was taped for dimensions etc so there was no issue. Due to lack of employees and demand it took a bit longer than expected (plus the needed part had to be ordered) but they did a great job and were very professional. The price wasn't too bad and even though it was more than expected (Having wanted to do it ourselves) their price was reasonable. It worked perfectly in the window and looks better than new! They have a lot of other items and lots of glass items etc so I would for sure recommend them not just for something like our screen. If we need any done in the near future this is where we will be heading!

This company did not do work for me, but they did make my trip to get blood work done more complicated today as they were parking 2 large white work vans in 2 accessible parking spots. I require a van accessible parking spot for my electric wheelchair. When I said something to them they said they have permission from maintenance of the IU Health facility that they were working on, but they would move anyway. They moved the vans. After getting blood work completed I came out to see that they had moved to 2 van accessible spots, which are difficult to find if you are someone who needs these spots. I then advised them of this and told them that regardless if the facility's maintenance said it was alright, it is still illegal. At this time, another patron had parked next to me and was also taking pictures of their vans with an unhappy look on her face. I pointed this out to them and advised them that their vans will likely be on social media by the end of the day due to this because these spaces are utilized often by patrons. The workers advised me they would unload their vans and move them to regular parking spots while they complete their work. I thanked them, as they were just trying to do their job, but this company needs to do a better job of educating their employees of how difficult it is to find accessible parking, especially van accessible parking, and to NEVER park in handicap accessible parking spots to do a job. Thank you to the 2 workers who finally figured out how to get their job done without breaking the law while doing it.Edit: I have received confirmation that the men working at the IU Medical Plaza South have moved their vehicles from the accessible parking area. Thank you for moving your vehicles.

They did an amazing job with our custom shower! Paul was amazing and his crews were too! If you need a customer shower door, these are the guys to do it!!!! Price was right and service was even better!!!!!
