A few years ago there was a bad mice infestation. I put my own traps in my unit and caught 20 plus baby mice. I had to toss a lot of inventory I had. I will say when I contacted Lisa, she was very responsive and helped resolve the problem. I would suggest putting black traps around the facility. Also, mice come around when there is food, so renters need to do there part and not leave any food in their units.

Opened an storage unit on line went to kiosk and was to get a disc lock had to talk to multiple people before getting the lock the people on the phone acting like they didn’t know what we was talking about if your going to use forgien telephone people make sure they know what the policy are

I attempted to pay my bill online was unable to pay bill my account was closed down contacted them to make payment was two months behind and they threw my stuff away never gave me policy or guidelines just access to web portal

I rented here a few years back.....they had a bad mice issue.....mice climbed all over our items and left droppings on everything, we had to trash so much of our stuff, even new dishes I had purchased had mice droppings all over them. Outside looks clean, but I never saw black boxes around many of the units. I was so disappointed with this facility.....they need to clean it up ......I would not rent here again.

although I had the unit for almost 2 years and payed on time every time I did have to get a second unit when we finally moved. now I only had it for a couple of months and it was smaller and cheaper but I did the same thing I did not call when I vacated and cleaned it and I never saw a bill for it. but now they are trying to get me to pay them for another month even though I am clearly out and do not owe them.I vacated and cleaned the I was unaware that you had to call them so when I called their office the people that answer the phone can't help or tell you anything except that they don't pro rate and I will have to pay for this month even though I am not using their facilities and since the unit is empty they can rent it out to someone else this month and get double the rent not leagle by the way you would think since I have been a loyal customer for the last year and a half they would do something but they just want to collect money even if you don't owe. please save your self time and money and go somewhere else plus after I got all my stuff out I had to throw a lot of stuff away because mold and mildew their units allow moisture to get in.
