Addressed the issue I was having quickly and was able to meet the repair man at the units and had him fix the issue in about 15 minutes. Good to know they are quick and efficient at responding to issues.

They are very friendly and the price of our storage is great. You can call and ask questions and they even took my payment over the phone when the kiosk was down
