“I just had the best Experience with the 2420 E Stop 11 Rd location. I was welcomed in by Amanda and Aubrey today after shopping around to find a storage unit to rent! Aubrey went above and beyond for me! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient explaining everything , all the details to me about the Unit. He also got me the best price out of all of the storage places I visited today. The unit I rented was clean but he took the extra step and to make sure the door would be easy for me to open and close! I also Received a free lock for my unit. I don’t write many reviews but I had to for Aubrey because of his outstanding customer service he provided me today!”

“This place so wonderful. They have everything that a smaller hardware store would carry plus some more specialized items. My Weedwhacker was broken and I took it to this location to have it looked at and fixed. They were so helpful and helping me exorbitant charges and figure out what was wrong with my Weedwhacker. There’s also a cute cute little cat that roams around greeting people!”

“Customer service is excellent. I used this service for about 14 months while traveling. The only issue I had was there were stink bugs on some boxes .. I know, ewww. The storage is outside and there were no other signs of bugs or rodents so it could have been worse, I guess. Other than that, good experience and would recommend.”

“Thus far, Bigger Garage has been very easy to deal with, they offer a convenient process of reservation and payments via DM's, so if you're traveling or moving and cannot get there until after hours, you're all set and ready to deposit your belongings. The unit itself was clean when I stored my belongings, no complaints there. One recommendation for new customers is to double check and ensure the correct size you may need beforehand, the pictures on the website are slightly misleading (though, I'm sure not intentionally) as they are smaller than they appear. The dimensions are listed but it can be difficult to gage how much space you'll need until you actually begin stacking and storing, unless it's just a specific item or piece of furniture.”
