I got my outlander sport serviced here for a recall. All they did was try to upsell me on everything, they wanted me to walk out there paying 1800.00 for a service that was supposed to be free. It’s a month and a half down the line and now I’m having issues with my car shaking and throwing a check engine light while driving. I try to call and talk to a salesman to verify I have a service contract that will cover my repairs and he says I can just verify that with the service department but they closed 7 minutes ago and to call back tomorrow. This is hands down just terrible. I’ve had nothing but issues with my car since I bought it. Will never shop here again.

Absolute vampires. They’ll try to upsell you on a “Driver Care” that conveniently doesn’t cover all of the things they claimed it would. The car buying process felt sleazier the longer it went on, and the vest wearing swindler we ended up closing the deal with just made us feel guilty rather than excited to be buying a car. Will never go back, and will actively discourage anyone from going there either. A disgrace.

Where do I begin! I am over the moon satisfied with my experience with the service from Greg Crawford and Sid the manager. They literally made my dream come true! Sid talked with me and asked all the right questions to find exactly what I wanted! He was so personable and approachable! The kindness and time they took to find me the car I've always wanted seemed like a dream! The finance manager Brandon Camden thoroughly went through the contract and made sure I understood everything about the sale. You guys are awesome and I cannot thank you enough!

I brought my Outlander Sport to the service department to have some warranty work done. Lacey assisted me in this process and was very professional and thorough. The service team worked very quickly to get the car repaired and did a great job. The team was very accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with.

Never buy any vehicles here. They are terrible. Purchased a truck for my husband to have to help transport my one year old and come to find out the seatbelt in the middle back doesnt even work. They then had to order parts and they took 3 weeks to get the parts. Then within a week the truck started making noises in the transmission and died when stopped. They finally took it in last week and they STILL havent even started working on it. They gave my husband a rental and the next day he got pulled over for the tags on the rental being over two years expired and got a ticket and now will have to take more time off work to go to court . When confronting the dealership they said well if you dont like the free rental theres an enterprise down the road TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST BAD i am so mad at this treatment i will never buy a vehicle here again

Hector and Oliver made this one of the easiest and fastest purchase ever. I went home with my brand new E63S AMG mercedes Benz! They made me aware of everything I was getting into before signing. Definitely recommend them in you’re shopping!

The dealer Daniel kolley is a cheat and liar. Would not recommend buying anything from him. He will tell you one thing then when you get there and do all the paperwork he will try and double the price on you. Very poor salesmanship. He is the reason used car dealers get a bad rap. I knew my credit wasn't great but imstraf of being honest with me he lied and got me there just to try and screw me out of money.

I was traveling alone from Texas to New York when I experienced a vehicle malfunction that left me stranded in Indianapolis two days before Thanksgiving. I called two Mitsubishi dealers in the area. One told me they were too busy to assist me for at least a week, even though I have roadside assistance through Mitsubishi. The second was this Ray Skillman location. I spoke to a very understanding woman named Lacey who also said they were very busy but to have my vehicle towed there and they would see what they could do. This team was very caring and hospitable while I waited for the outcome of their diagnostics, even extending an invitation for me to share their Thanksgiving lunch with them. At length they diagnosed the issue which was a malfunction covered under warranty. It would be a week before they could get the part to repair it. I was at a huge loss as to what to do. There were no rental vehicles available until after the holiday, hotel rooms were limited and not nearby, it was too late to get a flight home that day, and the dealer was closing in a couple hours. Understanding my distress they brainstormed and came up with a way to temporarily adjust my vehicle's mechanics to allow me to travel home in it safely, with the understanding I was to take it to my local Mitsubishi service center as soon as possible. They provided all the information about their diagnostics for me to share with them. All this meant an extra day on the road but also meant I made it home safely and in time for Thanksgiving. I can't thank them enough for their care and understanding as well as their knowledge and problem solving.
