My only gripe is, if they are out of stock on something, it takes a while for them to restock! It's so frustrating at times. So yeah, that's what my 4 stars represent. “Since Shelbyville has nothing except Walmart to really shop, we don't mind the drive out of town to shop at a store that has many choices for what we want. It is always clean, and many registers are open so the wait to check out is always quick. The employees are helpful also, ask a question of one of them and if they don't know, they find someone who has your answer. I wish we had one I our town.”

“I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled by my regular pharmacy due to an outage with Change Healthcare. The pharmacist at my regular pharmacy was not at all helpful. I had the prescription transferred to this Walgreen’s and Edward went above and beyond to help me with the prescription. They don’t take my insurance, but I will definitely go there for other needs in the future.”

“This Kroger pharmacy is amazing. They are always welcoming and know what I need. If you have questions, someone is always available, and I can not praise the staff here enough.
The store itself is a little older, but it is still always easy to find what I am looking for. It's always a great selection of fresh baked goods, fresh meat, and seafood, and organized well.
My biggest co.plaint of this location is the parking lot, and it's set up. It could be better and have a better flow.”

“Easiest five stars ever. FOR WHAT IT IS. The food is dirt cheap. The quality isn't the best, but honestly it's really good for the price. Costco could charge a lot more if they wanted to. Today I got the cheese pizza slice, a hot dog, and a soda. Less than 4 bucks and I was full all afternoon. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.The service is always quick. Even if there is a huge line, I have never had to wait long. The actual dining area is just ok. It has space to sit, eat, and chat with friends. Not much more.Hard to beat the extreme low price of the Costco food counter. And even though the price is low the food is still great. You need to try it!!!”

“I have been a lifelong patient of another Indianapolis hospital system. But living so close to Franciscan Hospital, I have started dealing with them some in recent years. I have now had surgery, outpatient exams and testing, ER visits and a Hospital stay at Franciscan. I have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors and staff have been so lovely and caring. My only complaint is that the Hospital is a bit confusing and difficult to get around in.”

“First time at Sam's Club since I was a kid and I was super impressed. The store was super clean and organize. I usually shop at Costco and I can say I truly like Sam's a lot better. My only complaint was the snack bar had no mustard, ketchup, napkins, the tables were all dirty and most drinks and slushies were out. Seemed pretty odd to me so maybe just a shipment and staff shortage issue. Luckily I had baby wipes in my purse and shared them it's the couple dining next to us. The Halloween and Christmas displays were pretty and I love the fact it doesn't seem so cluttered and anxiety inducing as Costco. I will definitely be switching to Sam's.”

“I was at this Walgreens the other day (which has been my Walgreens for YEARS) and I was waiting on my prescription to get ready, just browsing through the store. Then, I noticed a man following me. He was following me, aisle after aisle, and eventually came up to me and told me he just got out of jail and needed a few things and asked if I would buy them for him. I gave him all the cash I had on me ($9). I was a bit freaked out, and started walking out of the store to my car to just wait there. Becky (I believe that’s her name) approached me and told
Me she noticed this man had been following me and asked if I was okay or needed anything. She agreed that I should wait in my car and told me she was calling her manager. That meant the WORLD to me-it can be scary being a female alone in these situations and she was RIGHT there making sure I was okay. Becky deserves a raise-she’s the BEST!!!!”
