“Jai and Tanner from the Franklin location did an amazing job. They did my oil change, made sure my tires were filled, cleaned my windshield, and checked to make sure everything else was running okay. They were very polite and showed me that my air filter was still good and showed me the clean oil on the stick afterwards. I'll definitely go back for my next oil change.”

The oil change was fast and everything seems great with the car. I did. think it was expensive ($108). I got full synthetic, 5 quarts. I found a coupon online an hour after I left for $26 off. I returned to see if the manager would honor it, but he said he could not. My fault for not checking sooner, however, might’ve been a good idea to appease a customer. Sadly I will not be able to return to this location for that reason.”
“Autumn, the shop manager, Bryan the service tech, and Cam the second service tech took very good care of my vehicle today. They're knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. They replaced all three wiper blades, my air filter, my in-cab filter, they replaced my coolant, aired up all four tires, and changed my oil. I've never had a better experience getting my engine serviced than what I've always received at Take 5. Do yourself a favor, stop overpaying at your dealership or other engine service stores. Go sit and relax in your car at Take 5. You won't be disappointed.”

“They could not rotate my tires because of rusted lug nuts. This can be fixed but I'll leave that to a proper mechanic.The oil change went smoothly and after I came back complaining of a "wobbly" feeling with my car, he tightened up the tire bolts and that fixed the unbalance. Good attitudes all around. Would go there again.”
