Super fast response. I called to get my daughter’s car towed after it broke down at a gas station down the road from her house. They were there in less than 30 minutes. The adorable little lady that helped me was just as sweet as could be and I was in and out of there pretty fast. The prices were very high but the service was great. The driver that towed my old 72 RV dropped it off while we weren't home and we told him just to put it out front and he even made sure that we still had room to back our van and trailer into the driveway. Very nice. I would say top notch service if it wasn't for the prices it would have been perfect but I'll recommend them and maybe I'll get a discount next time for letting everyone know what great staff and service they have to offer. ????☺️???

My truck got towed from Greenwood to their location not even 5 miles and impounded it for 24h. They charged me over 1000. They take advantage.of people for 2 things-insurance if you don’t have insurance, will charge you more nobody know why?-cash they forcing people to pay them cash only ?But the lady in office so professional

These crooks charged me $1700 for a 5 mile towing. Classic white trash mentality, they will take advantage of the situation. These people need Jesus.

Car broke down around 7pm on Xmas Eve and I called at least 13 towing companies and they were the only one that actually answered. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and quick to answer my questions. I was 150 miles from home and they were quick on giving me a price to take it all the way home or take it to a local mechanic shop. The gentleman with the tow truck got to me within 30 minutes and was also very pleasantGreat job guys and thank you for helping make my not so great night turn out to be not so bad!Service: Car towing

My tire blew on highway, very scary feeling. I had to pull to left side of highway in the grass. After AAA found me a tow truck, Bill called me within minutes. He even helped take care of me instead of continuing on home. He was calm and reassuring. He explained everything he was going to do and even flashed his lights to let me know he was heading my direction. I appreciated his safe, courteous, professional service in a very dangerous situation! Thank you, Bill for your quick service! He got me taken care of and I was able to go on to work! I really can't say enough. I've dealt with alot of towing companies in the past and this was by far the best experience I've had. Kyle is an absolute master of his work. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me out of a bad spot. He gave me some great tips and made the experience very stress free. This guy went through so much extra work to get the job done right that I was beyond impressed, I was blown away. Keep up the great work Kyle. I would highly recommend this company for anything towing related and will definitely be using them in the future.
