Won’t answer your voicemails, staffs never friendly. Went 4 times in one day for a medication when they said it would be done everytime I went. You’ll have more luck going elsewhere.

One of the best stores. People are always nice and willing to help and I almost always find what I need and save money thanks to their coupons/monthly $5 program.

This is the Best CVS Store. They're Pharmacy is A+. Anytime there's a hiccup with Insurance or something they work to resolve with you. I've been to others where it seems like they look for a reason not to help. Plus the staff up front is always friendly and greet me when I walk-in. if I have a question they have always helped me. Thank You, Sincerely.

Awful pharmacy! told my medication would be done by 5pm when I called at 12pm by Katrina. When I get there at 5:20pm I was told too bad and ill have to wait 20 more minutes. I will be switching pharmacies. Thanks for horrible service for years.

The male manager working on 04/04, around 4:30 p.m. was extremely rude. Actual disgusting behavior. My 3 month old son just had surgery and I came in here for some children’s Tylenol and q-tips. I was having trouble locating the q-tips and I stopped him to ask where they were. Instead of helping, he was just like they’re in aisle 14 & kept walking on.
I looked everywhere and couldn’t find them where he said they were located. I finally found them in aisle 18.
When I went to check out, he was giggling and laughing with other coworkers and I said to him “these were in aisle 18 by the way”. He started to argue with me about where they were located. I told him well where you said they were, they weren’t there. He then proceeded to keep on arguing. He walked away for 2 minutes or so and came back to the front desk (without qtips) and smarted off and said “I just verified where I told you they were and they were there”.
Do better CVS with your staff. Stop hiring jack horses who are lazy and can’t help customers and only want to argue with customers. Your staff has absolutely no idea what people are going through. You’re essentially a care/health store so act like it.

My wife and I Went to purchase some in-store items yesterday afternoon, the cashier was young lady and helped us out with the issues and was very patient, polite and that is hard to come by nowadays, two thumbs up.
