Don't bother going here. I have never experienced such inept staff at the drive thru window. Even after showing medical ID card in person, giving social security number, which should not have been asked of us, and after they claimed they could not find our appointment information we made and filled out completely online and for which we had a confirmation number, they couldn't complete our appointment and asked us to wait and they would call us when we could come back. We parked and waited--finally going into CVS to show once again the same medical ID card to another person there. This was about 45 minutes we had been waiting with no phone call. All of a sudden after going back in and showing the same card again to another person they said that's what they needed and we would have to drive around again and get in line and wait again after almost an hour we had spent waiting. So, after attempting to resolve and waiting an hour, we cancelled and left when they told us we would have to again wait in line!

Over the last year this particular CVS has lost most of my business. The pharmacist gave back one of my scripts & said nobody carries that. I went strait to Kroger they filled it with no problem? It takes forever to fill a script & the line is always so long.

Promised to have my prescription by close, also promised to send a text when it was done. Nothing. Closed without a call or message. Awful.

The pharmacy itself is the slowest around. I have to wait forever in the drive through to the point where my kids are acting up and I'm about to loose my mind.... that is to even get someone to come to the window. Even if there are only two cars in line plan to wait at least 20 mins, to be seen. Ridiculous! Also there is a guy at the front counter named JOHN. He is the nosiest person alive. He is always asking about something that is on my shirt or what I am wearing. " Are you in the military, are you are nurse, are you an animal lover, to you like IU, etc." I also bought a pregnancy test a couple years ago and he asked me " is this a good thing or a bad thing?" Totally inappropriate. There is a new boy there now that is tall with bleached hair that just doesn't stop talking. He made some comment to a little kid in front of me that he was being bad. The mother was pissed and asked me if I heard him when we got outside. Yesterday, I went to pick up my medications, 1/16/19 with temporary insurance card information until I get my Anthem card. The one woman struggled forever to get it in the computer then another woman with a bad attitude walked by me and said "you're going to have to tell them that they are going to have to wait because that takes a while." Like I wasn't standing right there. I said "it's for anxiety". She was a snot and shrugged her shoulders and said, "sorry". Rude brat! NOW TINA! SHE IS AMAZING!
