Worst Experience I’ve had! Had to take my son to emergency room because of them pulling his arm too hard out of socket.

We enjoyed the staff, communication, opportunities to see our daughter through video during the day. The instruction she was given while there was positive, and helped her be better prepared for future educational opportunities. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone.

At first we loved this place. Then once my son transitioned to the Toddler Room from Infants, the care quality lowered drastically. I'm not sure if it was the teacher of that particular room, or what the true issue was at the time. I would send messages and they would get ignored on more than one occasion. He came home with more bumps and bruises than I cared for and that didn't all seem "normal for his age". I felt strongly that the quality of care declined so rapidly and after being told I don't have my son's best interest in mind, I pulled him immediately. For the price they charge, the quality of care is far from being equivalent. That being said, two people in particular had made it worth while before eventually deciding to pull him. Those two people would be Stevy and April. Those two women cared for my son greatly and when he transitioned into Stephanie's care that's where it went wrong and quickly. Please do thorough research before your selection of childcare.

I have been taking my kids here for a year. They are the most patient and understanding people ever. My son has odd and PTSD. He has a lot of emotions. They were able to understand him, calm and even grow a bond with him and my other 3 children. I love them very much and as we are leaving cuz I'm going to be a stay at home mom now. I would bring them back if I ever changed my mind. Thank you guys. ??

My 3 year olds have been going here almost 2 years now and have flourished. When they first started they weren't even talking. They now showing me colors, shapes, and singing all kinds of new songs. I could not be happier with their teachers. They work with me on suggestions from speech therapy. If I have a concern or is addressed immediately by the teacher or the director. Communication is open and welcomed by the staff and myself.

This place is horrible the teachers are very rude the don't care about kids they are always on phone or talking about their personal life. They cuss and talk about anything. Some of the teachers don't have their degree. Director very two face . Mold in the rooms kids are always sick. They tell you what you want to hear but they don't live up to what they say.

I must say first that the teachers are wonderful and give lots of updates about the day. I loved that and my son had a lot of fun. However, I was not impressed with was the business part of the daycare. We used the flex care plan (pay up front for 5 days and get a card punched) so we could use them when I have appointments and as a way for my son to socialize with other kids his age. The following 3 weeks however, we were called on Childtime’s tuition due date, saying our payment was late and that we were going to be charged 30$ per every day late. I had to call back each time saying we were not under contract. They are unorganized, and after 3 weeks, I hoped they would have remembered us.We ended up only using 3 of our 5 days. Each time we visited, which was only a few times, the staff seemed annoyed at questions and overall unfriendly. I was concerned that if this is how they were with me, then how would they be with my toddler who only spoke a few words. On the last day I went to pick up my child and there was another child sitting in the security door way (the door that each parent has their own individual passcode to open) holding it wide open. We have received 2 or 3 violation notices from the state about the center. We won’t be returning.

My son loves coming to play everyday with his friends and teachers. The staff really keeps you updated throughout the day even with cute videos and pictures. I love that they try to work on exactly what my child is trying to master and expanding his knowledge.

This place was good once, in fact may have been great, but constant turn over and the revolving door at the mangers position has had it toll. We have received a few letters from the state about violations that they have. The younger kids rooms are fine, but the 3+ rooms are AWFUL. They people seem overwhelmed and apathetic at best. They never update activities on the app, they don't chart if the kid eats, and generally just sit there and yell at them if they are loud. My daughter who just turned 3 hates it there. They don't care to understand she is still learning potty training and even left her in her own pee to the point it pooled in her shoes. The excuse, she didn't have a spare change of clothes......despite the fact that she had 3 outfits in her cubby, which means they left her to sit in pee because they were too lazy to go look or had no clue she was soaked in what was by then cold pee. Horrible Horrible conditions! Do not take your kid here, unless you want to get your kid and have no clue what they did and feel like a horrible parent when you pick them up and they cry that the people are mean to them.

I took my kids for over a year awhile back. They had a great program and great staff. I will admit it was back in 2012 or so. I know the directors have switched since.
