“Man, this place was freaking fabulous. I bought a new 2022 Civic Sport Touring and someone rear ended me at a red light. I took it here to Burnside - Greenwood and they were absolutely wonderful. They completed the work before schedule, texted me throughout the process, and even covered up some paint chips for free. They went above and beyond and my car looks great. They calibrated all my sensors, replaced my backup camera, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. George was extremely pleasant and professional. These people know their stuff and I’d trust them to work on future repairs. Good job Burnside!”

“Always get great service when I come here. Jeff (the owner) has really good prices on his vehicles. He is very honest with me on what he thinks my vehicle needs and will refer me to other locations if need be. He also owns and sells truck beds. He will normally do insurance work, body work, paint, fix up and sell salvaged titled vehicles, and sell/install truck beds. I moved an hour and a half away but if I need to make a trip back to the area, I will try to stop by if I need any work done. I definitely recommend this shop.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled about the work they did to reconstruct our front seats!!We went to several different companies before deciding on The Doctor’s Touch/Dr. Vinyl. We knew very quickly that The Doctor’s Touch had the right people and the right place to entrust our seat reconstruction with.The first thing we noticed about this location is the cleanliness.The front desk room had clean, fresh air and clean surfaces, and their garage was organized, clean, and fresh too.We were also blown away that the owner goes out of his way to offer an allergy-friendly foam option for the inside of the seats.They have various kinds of fabrics with different levels of breathe-ability and also different colors and textures.They went out of their way to be honest and to do everything correctly during the seat construction process.We are extremely satisfied with the end result.Bear in mind that new materials take a bit of time to off-gas, as all the materials they are using are completely fresh. We took that period of time afterward with the windows down as needed, with great success.Jay and Erik were great to work with.We are truly grateful for their role in getting our vehicle ready for adventure. The front of my 2019 Rogue was torn up, I am happy to report that Frank and his great auto technicians restore my baby like it was never in an accident. I was happy to see my car all done in three weeks from the time it was taken to them, and it would have been earlier if it wasn't for the parts, they were waiting for in order to complete the work. I gave Frank five stars for his communications with me, his integrity and his quality of work. I strongly recommend this place if you find yourself in unfortunate car accident (which I hope will never happen for anybody) but if it happens and your car need major repair, Frank and his crews are your car doctor.
