Very bad work! They didn't even wash off fresh splashes of dirt and fresh dust. Although I chose the "all inclusive" wash.
Apparently, the speed of the wash is important to them, not the quality of the wash.
I highly do not recommend this truck wash!

Luke's team didn't great work on the Truck, the trailer they decided not to wash, they rinsed it and couldn't tell until after leaving facility with all the dirt that was still on it ., don't pretend to wash the trailer.. ?

The last Blue Beacon I was at in West Memphis Arkansas had me in and out in five minutes and did the worst job I’ve ever seen. I came over here to this Blue Beacon in Whiteland, Indiana and I was in and out in about 30 minutes and they did an excellent job my truck looks beautiful sexy. She feels clean and she said thank you so much. My trucks name is Sally. They also did a fabulous washout job on it as well thank you guys so much. I do appreciate it very much and I will be back again.

I use this location often . On the 08/10/2024 I stopped to wash my bobtail. The wash was busy due to the fact that one bay was closed. After waiting about an hour at least, I was asked what I need to be done, and they sold me like $90 worth of service, just for bobtail. Well after they pulled me in, from the time I paid for the wash , till the time they told me I'm done past like 10 minutes at the most. Never before the service was done this quick. Motor, undercarriage, rainx, and tires . We'll I got out of the place, and only after like two hours I paid attention what a poor job they did on the wash it self. Looks like they didnt even use the brush with sope. Because their other bay was closed , they decided that they can go down on the quality of service and make same money. Very disappointed this time. I don't usually write reviews , but this time they got me angry.

Worst experience EVER. Won’t ever come back scratched my stacks and didn’t even do half stuff I paid for and then was called a liar by manager will NEVER come back

Won’t be back to this location. Got a truck wash, engine, under chassis and trailer washout. My truck blew a fuse. I was told to call a tow truck and if tow truck was not there in 20-30 minutes they were going to charge me $3.13 per MINUTE. Like I wanted to be stuck in their bay and I did call a tow truck but they could not get there that quickly. 90 minute wait time and employees kept coming up to my truck every five minutes to tell me how much time I had before they start charging me. One of the employees finally told me since I called a tow truck that they were not going to charge. Then a different employee came to me after the one who waived to min charge fee said that was not her place to say that even though he told me she was a supervisor. Horrible experience all the way around. God help you if your truck dies in their bay. Would think with all the business you guys get that you would work with drivers and not charge by the minute is SO ridiculous and greedy.

New thing start at blue bacon in Whiteland, IN they gonna charger you per min after 12 min so they start charging 4 dollar per min after 12 min
