Packages have recently showed up to my home with damaged packaging, opened and retaped with items missing and not in the box at all. There is a problem with theft at this location. This is the last known destination before the packages are delivered besides the truck. Disputes have been made. Next the authorities will be involved.

Whoever they have hired from this place is absolutely horrible. I have never had any issues with UPS leaving my package in front of my door before until it was getting taken from this place. They literally drove right past and didn't even come to my house and then said they couldn't contact me,you didn't even try. The 2nd time they also never tried, they just came to put a sticky note on my door but never knocked or bothered to call or text me. Maybe actually try to contact someone, and my package doesn't even need someone home and literally says where to leave it. How dumb can you be. And now I'm forced to pay $8 to go get my package from elsewhere due to them being too incompetent to just give me the freaking package. If I can help it, I will stay clear of this place.
I also paid for 2 day shipping and here I won't be getting it til over a week later.

Twice ive had deliveries of medication not show up from this facility but show “delivered” on the tracking app. Enjoy my heartburn medicine you sleeve ball.

The only shipping place that takes 3 days to get me a package, its always the next day with them, it's a joke this place is still in business, it will sit at their facility for 5 days before I get it

Very rude individuals who work at this facility. They lost my package and when I opened up a claim, I get a call at 7a in the morning from a really condescending impatient woman practically telling me off for me requesting that they redeliver my package. Very unprofessional.

There's a package of mine sitting at this facility on a Saturday. It arrived very early in the morning. Apparently, they couldn't be bothered to deliver it, even though I live in town and now have to wait till Monday.Had a package arrive the south bend FedEX facility early this morning as well, and it came today around noon.Conclusion use FedEx

No delivers, app updates or movement on weekends. I guess ups is closed on weekends? At least usps delivers Saturdays and fedex 7 days a week.

UPS in Westville is garbage. I got notified my package was in Westville and that is were I live but would not deliver it until the end of there route. When I called I asked the representative “Do I need to stay home all day” and she said yes if you want your package. To me that is ridiculous and I’m going to ask That T-Mobile use FedEx or Amazon instead. Worst of all this Hass to be signed for otherwise. They will not deliver the package.

The customer center is not open anymore! They have a do not enter sign on their door and I managed to walk right into the warehouse. Find a different ups store!

We had a package that we needed desperately for a medical emergency. Gwen went above and beyond helping us find this package. The label and address were wrong and she still found the box! We literally wouldn’t be able to move forward with a surgery if it was not for her incredible customer service skills!
