Just because you own half of westville, doesn't mean you should have half the customer service. Knowingly allowing peoples possessions to be ruined due to your negligence and lack of care to keep your storages properly maintained is quite a shame. If you're too busy to properly and respectfully run and care for your own business, just give it up. Damage to one small unit in your eyes can mean millions to us lowly storage renters.Renters beware, nothings maintained properly and nobody ever returns your phone calls.

Great quality for the price! My only gripe is that I wish there was an electronic form of paying online or an automatic pay. Other than that, pretty good and affordable storage units.

My locker was broken into 3 weeks after renting. Informed police and manager of locker storage. I asked for deposit and rent back as she promised but I didn't get it. I realized there were no cameras or security but I didn't think in just a few short weeks that someone would break into it. I figured they checked their property from time to time. Luckily they didn't get away with a whole lot. Just enough not to claim on insurance.Highly not recommended!! She didn't even do as she promised, probably figured I would not fight for refund or deposit. She's right. I won't.

Super nice owners. Stored things for 6 months while decluttering to sell our house then when finally moving. Things were clean and dry when we finally got our things out. Storage fees are also very reasonable!
