Every time I have taken my pets here for evaluation they have received wonderful care. Very thorough in the diagnosis and subsequent plan to treat.

Cannot in good conscience recommend this place. All about the money...not honest about condition of pets. They play on people's emotions and give you false hope. They had our dog for three days, sent her home with four meds, all the while knowing she wasn't going to make it. She was home less than 12 hours before she had to be euthanized.
They were notified about what happened, the response was...can I mark her deceased? A week later got a call from them asking how Molly was doing, and to let us know we should have her teeth cleaned. UNBELIEVABLE.
Stay away.

From the moment I called and the receptionist got our information added over the phone I knew we were going to be in good hands. When we walked in they immediately got our dog back to provide pain medication. All staff members were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our girl is back on the mend thanks to EVCC

We have needed emergency care for our pet 3 times. This time was for a ccl injury. The staff was lovely. Kind. Empathetic and took the time to explain the situation. You would have thought we were the only ones in the building but that wasn't the case. They just take the time necessary for every patient. You can tell everyone loves helping their patients. The education they gave us about the injury

There was confusion on discharge papers. They corrected it. And was very happy with treatment for my puppy who got injured at hair appt.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The vet and the tech explained everything extremely well. I feel like we were seen pretty quickly, and if the vet didn't have an emergency happen while we were in the waiting room, I'm sure they would have had us done sooner.
Overall, the whole experience here was amazing considering the circumstances. This was the first time I have EVER had an issue with a dog before where I had to rush them to the ER. It was very scary, but everyone there seemed very calm, and knew what they were doing. I was very happy and comfortable when I left there. The attention I got from everyone that spoke with us was amazing. It was a very welcoming office with welcoming staff.

We were on a trip 2 hours away from
home and our 11 year old dog got sick. He was shaking, not eating, and panting. Fearing the worst, we loaded him up and took him to EVCC. He ended up having pneumonia and had to stay over night. While we were relieved that he could be treated, it was still tough on us to leave him. What made it easier, is how we were treated with such kindness and compassion from the initial call to the time we left with our baby the next day. It is obvious that every employee is there to help not only the animals in their care, but the people who love those animals as well. While they urgently helped our dog, they also remained calm and explained everything so thoroughly. Anytime we called they were kind, informative and reassuring. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of our boy.

Overall it was a good experience. Not good in the sense of having to take Radish to the ER but felt very cared for and Radish is doing great! They were very kind to Radish.

The staff took such good care of my guy while we were there. The vet talked me through care options and answered all of my questions. The visit ended as I was afraid it would when I went in but I had as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes. Everyone there was nothing but kind the entire time.
