This is the worst Family Express I have been to for fountain drinks. Today, 2 were tagged as out of order and both code red and blue lightning were out of syrup. None of the additional syrups were filled either (energy, cherry, lime). I have informed 4 different counter workers over the course of a week and they simply respond "oh, all those are out?" Nothing has changed for a week.
I guess that is one way to increase profit, sell a $9.99 drink club membership and don't stock drinks.
Highly irritating.

An entire dairy case full of milk that expires the next day. All of it; whole, 2%, 1% and skim. Who consumes a gallon of milk in less than 24 hours. This is a regular problem at this store.

Came to get my car washed. Paid for the service, when the gate opened was an attendant there- cleaning. She asked me to wait 20 mins so she could finish. I said I didn’t have 20 mins to wait and that there should have been the sign out that she was cleaning at this time.While we were talking the gate closed on me and the lady just walked away!I had to back out and go inside the store to get a new code to re-enter. ZERO apologies were given.The car wash service price is higher then average and the customer service is awful!

Fantastic employees, store is rather clean but the bathrooms could use a little elbow grease. Gas pumps all work great!

We went today at 9:27 pm. 2.21.2021. Weather was bad. Guy was out closing up an open sales container. NOT cleaning off pumps so people could purchase gas. But WATCHED us struggle instead. I hope you feel better about your prejudice. Shame on you.BTW I never heard from anyone. Just noticed this response was here and never heard from anyone.

I will NEVER step foot into this place again. The lady working behind the counter argued with me that they have never carried the type of cigarettes I wanted even though I go in there almost everyday to buy the cigarettes she says the don’t carry. How do you never carry them yet I have purchased them there almost daily for years

I was in the store and I was having trouble with my phone and using a cigarette coupon. Mel, the manager/employee on duty was extremely helpful and let me use her phone to log in so I could use my $2.50 off coupon!!! Thank you so much for all your help I am truly grateful!

There was no hot food to purchase the chocolate milk in the cooler was outdated so I settled for some donuts and a cell phone charger and when I went to pay the credit debit card machine wasn't working. There was a long line behind me trying to pay for their fuel because the outside machine wasn't working either.. was only one cashier.
