Instructor Joe Lanning was one of my teachers for over a decade in Tae Kwon Do. His dedication is unparalleled and is an amazing martial artist. Not to mention he is one of the best instructors i have ever met.

Instructor Lanning creates an environment of fun learning with a focus on safety and individual development at all ages. I as well as my 3 children have been his students for several years. While we have moved to the Elston YMCA we are still looking for fellow students. I highly recommend trying out this school.
