Ordered carry out pizza.
One gluten free, one regular.
Get two regular and receipt clearly states the order.
Get there to pick up and lady jokingly says to me her and other employee had a couple pieces of your pizza.
Maybe instead of joking with customers do your job first.
It was my wife's favorite breakfast pizza until today.
Especially after driving 15 minutes each way to pick up.
I should have checked the pizzas before I left but I thought it was so easy of an order.
Especially when gluten free is medium and the regular is large.

We live in the neighborhood behind this Casey’s, so we are always here…. Charly is TERRIBLE with interacting with customers & doesn’t know his job well on the computer. I don’t know how he’s still here when all these recent reviews are about him. At first we thought it was a bad day but we have been back multiple times since and it’s not just a bad day it’s just HIM in general.

The cashiers are either rude or incompetent. The old lady in the morning acts like she hates her job and hates everyone else. The old man on afternoons is incompetent and does not know how to do his job. I was a regular there spending my hard earned money there. Since the last bad experience, I have not stopped in there at all and I will not until I know those two people are no longer working there.

I'm a nursing student at Purdue University Northwest. I stopped in this location several times and the the cashiers were very rude. I love Casey's, I stay in Valparaiso I love the service they provide at the Valparaiso location. This Casey's in Westville needs some customer service improvement.

I’ve bragged for many years about Casey’s pizza. While a little pricier than most, they don’t scrimp on sauce, cheese and toppings. You’d have to order (and pay) for double toppings at other places to equal Casey’s…then came thin crust. Poor construction, crust just short of burnt, nowhere near the sauce, cheese and toppings of their regular crust. Terrible with a capitol “T”. Don’t waste your money if you’re a pizza lover.

Very rude cashier not just to me, but also witnessing it to other customers as well. Every time I stop at this convenience store, it’s always disorganized and the staff not using appropriate language cussing and yelling. Also waiting on food orders an extra 20 minutes after the app said it was ready, and getting horrible customer service. Pizza was undercooked, waste of my time. Westville Casey’s is horrible.

Never has donuts and the coffee machine is always down. Refuse to go here. Definitely a morning ruined!! Thank you!! My son was looking forward to donuts once again!!!!! Nobody ever wants to work anymore pretty sad my relative worked here and always was donuts!!!

I am saddened to see what once used to be a pleasant place to conduct business and pick up odds and ends during the week slip into just another corporate entity that cares not about the service given to the customer but the money it generates. It is clear that the staff are untrained, uneducated and have no mannerisms or professionalism within. Their products are misleading and I would never purchase their food again after seeing how the cooks handle the food, disgusting and dirty establishment. Needs to be shut down and Westville deserves a proper quickstop. Will no longer give my business to this place, no matter where I travel in the U.S.

Just ordered the King's Hawaiian BBQ Brisket Sandwich from Casey's in Westville, Indiana. Not good. It was devoid of any moisture and was like eating burnt tree bark. Worst sandwich ever. I can't believe they get away with offering it on their menu.

Pizza crust under cooked and the edge just wadded up. Toppings very skimpy. Wheatfield store does a great pizza, 5 stars for them.

I have been using this Casey's for five years, for several months now the management has been slipping. Jennifer is a prime example of what a manager shouldn't be. She has no professionalism and speaks in a demeaning tone. The kids they hire are on smoke breaks more than they work.
