The guys at Westfield no what they are doing and do it very well! Great place to take your automobile from an oil change to a tire balance to a new exhaust they will get it done! Very friendly and great value so if you live in the area and need service give them a call.

So important to trust our cars with someone who is both extremely capable and highly trustworthy. **** has decades of experience and keeps current with the latest automotive technology. **** and his team serviced my 2006 RAV4 for 17 years and it sold with ****** miles on it and still started on the first crank. I wont buy a new vehicle without asking ***** advice. He does a $35 inspection on any used car you want to buy and if he does repairs he credits the inspection cost to your bill. I wont buy a used car without having him inspect it first. **** treats your family like you are his family. Straight honest and extremely capable. Cant say anything more positive than I have my adult children go to him for their vehicle maintenance. **** is the very best you could ask for and your car will thank you.

Family owned shop, that takes care of your car. Very professional and fair with price. Zach, is really good at answering your questions to the best of his ability, would definitely recommend if you wanted to get a second opinion if you need car work done.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, and I wouldn’t have dreamed of leaving one for an auto mechanic because I’ve always felt belittled and dismissed in the past. Westfield Automotive is great. GREAT. Responsive, respectful, and trustworthy.

Westfield Automotive (WA) is honest and operates with integrity! Brought my 2021 Blazer in because the fan continually ran for 5 minutes on two occasions after shutting the vehicle off (intermittently does this). WA checked codes but couldn't get the vehicle to repeat the issue. Diagnosed as likely the thermostat BUT suggested to wait until the Blazer did it again and bring it in. Their approach to fix something once broke verses making money by fixing the most likely item is an example of their integrity! I have brought my vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I had a quote from a different shop in Carmel to replace my spark plugs and i thought it seemed high. I stopped by Westfield Automotive and had it done for less than half of what the other place quoted me. Super great people and I won’t be going anywhere else again. 10/10

Westfield Automotive has been taking care of all of the vehicles in my family for over 20 years. I highly recommend them. They are flexible, friendly, experiences, knowledgeable, and willing to co out of their way to accommodate their customers. Unlike many businesses these days they are an establishment you can depend on and are eager to build a relationship with you not just get you in and out.

I needed a new driver’s side headlight. I took my car to a national chain, and they were going to change it…for $105! I knew it would be a bit because of the labor involved in getting to the light, but that was excessive. Westfield Automotive got me in first thing this morning (I did have an appointment for today but got there right at opening) and had me out in about 20 minutes. All for $51.31. Much better service all around.

I’ve used Westfield Automotive for several repairs, ranging from an oil change to replacing the entire front steering system (thanks, Buick). They have been fair in pricing, communicative and complete the repairs in a timely manner. It’s worth it for me to make the 20 mins trek over and I will continue to use them.

Took my car in and explained the noises I was hearing. They had the car diagnosed quickly, explained everything to me in terms I would understand, and were extremely professional. Highly recommend them for any car servicing needs!
