This was not our first visit to the Mash House and all of our visits have been fantastic. This time was more special since it was our 27th Anniversary and the staff made it even more special. We would definitely recommend the Mash House and West Fork Distillery to anyone looking for good food, good drinks and a good time.

We've eaten here several times but did not have a great experience this visit. The restaurant wasn't very busy but we rarely saw our server and had to flag her down every time we needed something. Our entrees were good but the dessert was awful. I'm pretty sure the server forgot to put the order in for the skillet cookie. Once we got it, it was barely warm and too hard to cut with our spoons. The skillet was cold so there was no way the cookie was cooked in the skillet. We didn't have any napkins left and asked twice for some but ended up getting them ourselves.

Such a disappointing experience. Service was meh at best. We ordered cheese curds, which were actually really good. I ordered a tenderloin for my meal. It was 99.9% breading, too salty, and it had a big hair in it. Kids were on the second level throwing things over the railings on other patrons down below. I will definitely never be back.

First time experience. I thought the tenderloin would be a safe bet, but I was WRONG! There was more fried breading than tenderloin. In addition to the food I couldn't eat, there was a parade of flies throughout the restaurant. More like a third-world country eating experience.

This was a first time experience for us! We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back. The only thing that was off putting was the noise level and the kids all running around. I wish we would have had a table downstairs versus up as we were celebrating our anniversary and it felt like we got put up with all the large parties upstairs. The food was absolutely amazing and it was sooo reasonably priced! We did the tasting after dinner and it was great. I would recommend that some of the bourbon be in ice or chilled for those who like to drink theirs cold/chilled. Cannot wait to come back and experience it again! It's an amazing location!

The food and service were fantastic. The noise level is what you'd expect in an industrial chic setting and the ambiance in the building is great. We've been twice now and will continue to come back.

I had the truffle burger and it was excellent. I am pretty picky when it comes to burgers and am oftentimes disappointed. This burger was so flavorful and the bun super soft. I loved all of the flavors that the toppings contributed. I would definitely order it again!

I had lunch at the Mash House with a friend. My reservation was acknowledged then I was seated immediately at a table. The Mash House has a wonderful bar with a very open feeling with high ceilings and windows. Our server greeted us warmly then took our drink orders. The drinks arrived promptly. We both ordered a salad with tomatoes, corn, beans and grated cheese. I had mine with ranch dressing which was served in a large amount on the side. The salad was very fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the Mash House for a casual lunch or dinner in a wonderful setting.

Fantastic experience from whiskey tasting to server lunch recommendations and friendly service. Our server even went above and beyond to come tell us at the tasting bar when our food was delivered so it wouldn't get cold.

Absolutely awesome experience for Father’s Day at Westfork!
Took home leftovers and a pour or two to enjoy later.
Staff and food are amazing, and the spirits are amazing… highly recommended! ?

I had my bridal shower here and everything turned out amazing! Their event coordinator Madi and team worked very closely with me to make sure it was everything I wanted! Great communication and service, 10/10 would recommend!

Setting was casual which was nice. Thought food prices were high compared to similar restaurants in the area. Service was good, just not enough help to handle all the customers dining.

We chose this location because of its attachment to the distillery. We were seated quickly, but the experience went down hill from there. Our server didn't approach us for at least 15 minutes, and when she did she placed a bottle of water on the table and said she would be back. She was...eventually. After another 15 minutes or so, she came back to take our order after another server complained on our behalf. We ordered, and waited, and waited. The server explained that a large group had come in and was entered before our party of 2, so that was the delay. When the food arrived, it looked better than it tasted, and my wife's fries with her fish and chips were cold. Seasoning was very mild to non-existent. The food was cooked well, just not seasoned. From time of seating, we were there 1 1/2 hours for an appetizer, a burger and fish and chips. We were excited about dessert options, but couldn't take the additional time. The restaurant was not overly busy, and we saw many come in and leave while we were waiting, so some of the issue appeared server specific. We plan to visit the distillery again, but would have to really think about eating at the restaurant again.

Great experience for lunch. Service was excellent. Eli was our waiter. Food great. Only complaint was that it was very loud for us older folks who hadn't been together in a while and wanted to talk.

Steve was great and very attentive, outside patio was welcoming and cozy. Food was plentiful and the buckets of the West Fork Lager were perfect for the evening. The Mash House continues to get better with food and ambiance.
