Had a very bad experience from another business for service and thought I would give this location a try. The experience was one of a kind, and the service was like none other. I appreciate the knowledge they shared with me and I will be back again.

My normal mechanic was booked, so I gave this location a try on a whim. They were incredibly polite, quick, and detailed. Ethan didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want or need, was very informative, and got me back on the road within a half hour. Very impressed with the experience.

Always friendly. Have had great experiences in both Westfield locations. Above and beyond with inspection. Never felt too oversold. Batteries are a bit expensive though

I really appreciate this location and crew! I went to the fishers valvoline earlier and they were gaslighting me about my car door scanning as belonging to the u.s army and that my address or name wasnt right. They then didn't correct it and just skipped it for next time to happen again. They also asked if the oil recommended was fine and i said sure but do you have a coupon so i don't have to go online and get spammed. He said no you'll have to go online. I just told them to forget it and they didn't care at all and let me go. I went here and got the same oil change, an air filter replaced and transmission fluid changed by Josh and Brayden. Josh convinced me to get the transmission fluid changed and seemed very knowledgeble and eager to share. Brayden was very kind and genuine about our conversations. Brayden was able to get me a coupon for all three services and blew my mind! See what trying a little harder will get you? I spent over 250 bucks there and will gladly service my vehicle at the westfield location everytime now in the future. Very proud of those two workers you have.

Honestly was a good time. That’s hard to say when I’m spending money but everyone was professional, charismatic and just had a good working atmosphere.They were great when I asked them not to change my tire pressure and QUICK with the oil change.I just think they deserve recognition here. Don’t mess with jiffy lube because Valvoline prices are better anyway.

Oil change was fine, customer experience was awful. Went in around 9:00 on a Thurs and was the only one there. One of the workers looked high as a kite and the other complained about “getting busy” after 1 more vehicle pulled up complaining that they just want a day where it is slow and they don’t have to work…

I've been here a few times now and will continue to use them. Quick service. Guys are always friendly and I love how they communicate during the service. They mention, but don't push other services.

Wow…fastest/easiest oil change ever! Everyone was super professional & friendly, and it seems like they all enjoy working with each other, which is great! I was even able to replace my wiper blade while I was here and for about $10 cheaper than at the dealership!10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

Price is reasonable for an oil change and they usually top off other fluids. The last 3 times they didn't check or fill tires. It could be a better experience.

Always fast. Mechanics are friendly and easy going. I’ve never been up sold on extra services either. Great customer experience. As we speak they’re replacing my drain plug at no extra charge. Good people
