This office is rude and disrespectful (at best) to ESL citizens and visitors. Two different ESL gentlemen were spoken to in a very dismissive way and it was quite evident that the employee was specifically trying to be as rude and unhelpful as possible.If you are ESL: try the Carmel PO or Zionsville PO, one of the gentlemen who was treated poorly told me that both of these offices are kind and helpful when he visits. He was there to get his infant a passport, I was there for passport services as well and my experience was significantly better.This PO is also very dirty and far too small to accommodate the growing city of Westfield.Employees are rude and seem quite put off at the existence of patrons.

I just met the most rude employee ever at a post office. The older man standing at the desk on the right when you enter I just wanted to ask where to drop a letter. His response was I’m not open you’ll have to stand in line at the other desk. So rude!

I called the Westfield USPS office in a desperate attempt to retrieve a package that had been mistakenly picked up from our mailbox (at no fault of the letter carrier). Shane was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find the package & call me back within minutes. When I went into the post office to pick it up, Carson was also so friendly and knew exactly what it was I needed. Thanks to both for your kindness and helpfulness!

Terrible rude service. Don't expect to pick up a package early like you can at other carriers. If possible, use any other carrier or be disappointed. They don't care if your job relies on deliveries.

We went in for a passport for a baby to an empty post office but they told us we needed to book an appointment on the website. We had to step out of the post office because there was no signal inside to book an appointment on a website that absolutely does not work. After 15 mins, we gave up. On an almost empty office, with 2 customers arriving in the 15 mins. Why would you not just take us in? Get out of your decushionated high chair and do something.

I received the best service today from, Carson. Carson was so patient and polite with me. My anxiety was on 10000 going in there but Carson made me feel so relaxed once done. I do appreciate the great service!

Two my packages lost just for one week and I need to spend couple weeks to get the refund, if I am lucky! nothing warranty! I call this the Legal steal, they not responsible.

Moved to the area few weeks ago. Been in the post office few times already to ask questions. Each employee I’ve interacted with has thus far been professional, polite, and helpful. Considered rating 5-stars but too soon, therfore, they deserve 4-stars.

I use this location and have had ZERO problems EVER and I have shipped over 1,000 packages over the course of the last 3 years. Every time I go in to the post office they are always greeting me with a lovely smile and a kind gesture on my way out (have a great Day, evening, etc.). They do a great job of keeping the space relatively clean and scanning in mail quickly and efficiently! Even when I come in seconds before close after a busy day they are willing to scan in my packages last second even thought I know that must be a pain for them. This post office goes above and beyond! Thank you Westfield USPS for being my go to for my business and thank you for all the hard workers at this post office!It amazed me when I looked up the location and the reviews were so low. No one’s perfect and mistakes happen and people are so quick to leave a bad review or not understand the rules or how things work. Just because you live in a nicer area doesn’t mean you can’t be patient and understanding! I have been to PLENTY of post offices when I need to ship out a quick package and I stand by this location as the best one! I can say confidently that the people that work here are genuine and are always trying their best when it comes to helping you with questions and getting your mail out on a timely manner. Please be patient, as customer service is not always the most exciting job in the world and know that they are going to try their best for you. Thank you Westfield USPS!

I had a great customer experience at the Westfield, IN USPS location thanks to Carson and his supervisor Shane Haus. They went out of their way to help me solve a difficult problem related to the USPS Informed Delivery Service for which I will be always grateful . Both of these individuals were professional, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me. They are a credit to the US Postal Service.

Waiting for a package to be delivered. Been a this post office for 3 days and not being sent according to my tracking number .called and just received a answering machine. It is a present for my daughter and I ordered it plenty of time, but i don't think she will receive it time. Wish someone could tell me why it isn't being sent out.just sitting at the post office. I live in Arizona, but if you live near this post office I would think twice about going there.

They were nice, fast, and easy to work with. Dude at the register welcomed everybody and managed multiple people at once. He kept people flowing and never lost track.I hope this balances out some of 1 star ratings from cranky customers. My boys were crushing it today.

Today a heavyset, bald white male postal employee used a racial slur and told me he couldn't print a priority mail label for my package because "he didn't feel like it." He had just done this for the (white) man in line ahead of me. He said I could use the automated machine (it was out of order) or leave because he, and I quote, "N-rs don't belong here." No wonder people hate the postal service.
