“A young lady that goes by Morgan is an excellent goodwill employee, I appreciate that she took the time out of her day to just to have a nice conversation about some items in the store. She was extremely helpful, and kind and she was very passionate about her job.”

“This shop is very well kept and curated. I could tell all of the pieces were procured with great intention. All the inventory was in great shape and the prices were incredibly reasonable. The owner was super sweet and had a lovely positive energy. Don’t skip over this adorable little shop when you’re antiquing.”

“We love this place! There are lots of different stalls with items from different sellers. Pay attention to the rooms and you can see the old architecture. Be sure to ask the ladies at the front about the history!”

“Amazing vintage clothes! Love this store - it always has unique clothes that are styled so cute. Every time I go, they have new clothes and always on trend. My fav place by far!”

“I invited my designer client extraordinaire Joan to attend a special Hoosier Sister Event and it was so fun, informative and beneficial! It was a Christmas / Holiday themed workshop. I believe it was a group of 20 women and we had a little pre demo and post demo shopping time. Most of us found goodies to purchase. I selected a candle with the scent of Fir. They make the candles themselves and I believe they are soy. You can small the Fir scent as you walk in the door. They showed us a few different ways to decorate a mantelpiece and also let us know about a new trend that is asymmetrical decorating (for example the garland only hangs down on one side of the mantel). They had lovely appetizers stacked in cups for us. It was a very special evening both informative and fun!”

“Visiting a friend and she took me to this store. Such a great assortment. Was able to find a great outfit from WHBM-pleather plants and a great top. Saw a fur I loved however it was newly consigned a a little to pricey for me. My friend went back in December to check on the coat and, unfortunately for me, it was gone...sigh. Anyway next time I'm back in IN, I'll be back! Highly recommend.”

“Don't come up to Indiana often but when I do I stop in here. Have always go something; nice store and deals. Also have big brands which lines the wall behind the counter.”

“Received excellent conscientious help from a young man working there who is going through cancer treatment. His name is Corey, if you see this review please pray for his full restoration and wellness. He made sure 2 ceramic trays were well boxed for the car trip home.”

“Needed some jeans for me and just stopped in to see what I could find. They had a good selection of jeans and I was able to get a pair of jeans. The price was very reasonable. Going to remember to check out other items in the future. Check them out sometime soon and see what they have for you.”

“Love that Fishers Goodwill and my favorite 9 year old. He had to check it out this morning. Today (1/21/23) the store is in a post-holiday remodeling phase. There wasn't a lot of merchandise out as the cleared out holiday-themed items. As far as Goodwill goes, this one generally has a wide selection. There was a few ironic moments like the Barbie display and the mug highlighted in the attached photos.”

“I had a good thrifting experience here as it was my first time at this location. I love the book section & they had some nice books. Overall the store was clean & it didn't smell bad so that's a plus! Friendly cashier's & decent prices. I will definitely return to this location when I'm in the area!”

“I sold clothes here for the first time recently and had such a great experience! The sales associate was super kind and explained the process to me. One thing is that they don't call or text to tell you when your bin is ready - like other resale shops do - but I didn't find that to be a huge problem. They processed my bag pretty quickly. I brought in a giant bag and they only ended up buying 4 items BUT I feel like I was very fairly paid for the items they purchased. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely sell clothes here again!”

“One of the best Goodwills I have ever been to! They do overprice men's brands such as Nike and Under Armour , however they seem to overlook actual designer brands that come in, pricing them as low as $4.99! If you know your designers, this is the place to shop !”

“I am going to start off by saying that most of the negative reviews are from people who wanted to get a ton more money from their clothes without having any idea how much time and money goes into reselling second hand clothing. They also run multiple social medial profiles and a website!!! If you want to get more for your clothing, then sell on POSHMARK or marketplace yourself. That being said, I love Clothes Mentor! I have gotten so many amazing pieces from them from a gold Cartier LOVE ring to three beautiful Gucci bags to tons of lululemon and so much more!! And I've paid a fraction of what these pieces would have cost brand new. I am also always getting compliments on things I found there so I've basically become a walking advertisement for them and am always telling people about them I've gotten more compliments on my black bug Gucci bag I bought from them than on anything I've ever owned! I also love going because I never know what I am going to find! I am guilty of checking their website once a week at this point because I never know what's going to pop up. Most of my family and friends shop there now too! For Christmas this year, I've been tasked with making several outfits for friends and Clothes Mentor was the first place I went and found so many incredible pieces! To top it off, their customer service is incredible! The very few times I've had any kind of issue, they have gone above and beyond to resolve it! And they are just so kind and friendly as it is! They have a customer for life!!”

“Needed some pants for a painting job. They didn't have what I wanted. But I was able to find some that would work. The prices were reasonable and I now have some paint pants. Check them out sometime soon and see what they can do for you.”

“Decent prices for mostly gently used children’s clothing, toys, and other misc. Was able to find what we needed rather than wait for shipping and at a great price. The place is packed with items, which can sometimes make it hard to look through things (example: snowsuits) and the shoes were a jumbled mess with various wrong sizes in each bin. Altogether, would return for convenience and probability of decent pricing.”

“The staff is very kind! We brought our 3 year old daughter in earlier this week. The staff went out of their way to greet her and Madisyn even handed her two quarters from her own pocket to use in the candy vendors at the front of the store. What a great staff!”

“Pretty good, pretty well organized and decent prices. Would be nice if shoes were organized and in one place instead of randomly placed everywhere but overall good experience. Great staff and helpful. Great rainy day place and found a few gems.”

“This Goodwill Store does a good job of keeping things very neat and tidy. Everything has a place and for the most part are all in their places. I've been able to find several really nice items, such as a record player for $5.99, several glass storage containers for my pantry at around $1.99 each, handbags at discounted prices, cookbooks, sporting goods, etc. The donations made by members of the community provide this location with an excellent selection of goods. One day, while shopping, another customer was asking about the record player that I'd found. She began telling me how she's purchased an entire wardrobe of office attire in this store. She went on to compare it to the stores in Chicago, which is where she is from. She and her husband were expecting a child and likely shopping for maternity clothes or things for their new bundle of joy!More recently, I have noticed that the pricing has become a bit outrageous for some of the items. I saw a set of vintage hammock chairs priced at $349 each. I asked a member of the staff why they were priced so high and was told that online they are going for somewhere around $700 each. I understand the store wanting to make money, but these items were donated and I don't feel that it is right for them to gouge the public for items they received for free. Items such as hand-weights are also grossly overpriced, in my opinion. I personally like this store, but I just have to be careful when it comes to the pricing. Some of the USED designed handbags are being priced higher than the same bags being sold BRAND NEW on the designer's website, so buyer beware. All of the employees that I've had interactions with have been friendly and courteous.”

“My girl and I had our first kiss here in the parking lot, under the stars and the moonlight on a Fall evening ? it’s probably the one thing I wish I could change, whenever someone asks where we had our first kiss I hate say “Goodwill” y’all are now part of my life”
