I recently visited my local UPS store, and I was impressed by the efficient and friendly service I received. The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and assisted me promptly with my shipping needs. They were knowledgeable about their services and helped me choose the best shipping option for my package. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I left feeling satisfied knowing that my package was in good hands.

It's the WORST UPS location. I dropped my package for shipping at their location with the label on the package. A few days later, when I tracked my package, it showed me no details under the tracking number, I went to this store again to inquire about my package and the store manager attended me, being the most rude and unprofessional manager I have ever met. The manager took no accountability for my package even though it was dropped at their store a week ago, she had no details and said we have no packages in our facility right now. I asked her if the driver picked it up, and she said I don't know, whatever I asked her, she kept saying "I have no answer to that", then why are you even the manager in the first place if you do not have any answers? She was so rude and unhelpful, this was such an expensive package and till today, I don't know where my package is.

I am disappointed by the inconsistency at this UPS Store location. My business holds permits with UPS to ship alcohol, along with the associated federal and state permits needed. Many times in the last few months, I have been able to ship alcohol at this UPS Store using pre-printed UPS labels and packaged with the necessary ASR stickers. However, today one such shipment was refused and I was told this store was not able to ship alcohol. Furthermore, Jessica refused to escalate to her manager to avoid interrupting her day off. In the future to avoid interruptions and delays to my customers (e.g. good customer service on my part), I will use other UPS locations to drop off these packages. It is a mark of poor management and poor customer service when customers receive a vastly different experience depending on which employee happens to help them and that there is no manager on call for an employee to escalate a problem with.

It’s 41 degrees out and raining and they closed the store at 3:30 with a sign that says closed due to inclement weather! All the stores in the plaza are open except UPS store. The girls looked at me and nothing. I have a Christmas gift in there I was coming in to sign for.

I will never go back to this store. If that employee, Graham, hates his position as much as he acts, he should find a new place to work! After arguing with this staff member, I was told to try Carmel. The staff at Carmel tried to charge me something different from Westfield for the same item! At this point I was leaving in tears! They have no respect or decency at either store.. They only care about money!

This place is a scam. Store associates are jerks. Ordered a package for pickup and they want a $5 pick up. I have picked up orders from other locations and they don't have a fee. They would not return the package to UPS either. They are holding the package hostage. Never ship with this horrible franchised UPS store.

Came in last week and like usual there was a long line. The lady working behind the counter who I later found out was the new manager was working alone. She was very efficient running both registers getting everyone taken care of. She was friendly and made nice conversation with me and the other customers.

Ashley was extremely helpful! I had 10+ items to ship, different carriers and all needed packed and she took her time and was patient and made me feel very important. She also took the time to be friendly and get to know me! What a pleasant experience with her. Thank you!
