Cory assisted me with excellent customer service skills not only once but twice!
I gave him five stars out of five stars. I’d give him more stars if it was available. He is an excellent employee very kind courteous knowledgeable, helpful just an overall pleasure to be around. You’re blessed to have an employee like this young man. I suggest you treat him very well .

I go in this store frequently for Amazon returns. Today I went in to return a dog collar from Amazon, in a box. I dropped off a similar one 2 days before with no issues. This time when I went in I was helped by the assistant, Cory. He told me I needed to have the item in a bag or box to ship when I’ve never been told this the multiple times before and that he was charging me for the label from Amazon which I’ve never been charged for that either. The inconsistency in this store is really horrible and no one is on the same page. I’ll be going back to FedEx or Kohl’s for returns. Convince of this location isn’t worth it

We arrived at a busy time and the staff was very efficient and able to complete our Amazon return quickly, which was much appreciated with two little kids waiting on us.

These folks are great. We had a problem with the delivery of a check to Kokomo. Jesica and her assistant manager worked hard to get the delivery stopped but Kokomo delivered it anyway(which was fine!) They are friendly, fun to work with and knowledgeable. I use this location at least once every 6 to 8 weeks. They are fantastic. Thanks!

I recently visited my local UPS store, and I was impressed by the efficient and friendly service I received. The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and assisted me promptly with my shipping needs. They were knowledgeable about their services and helped me choose the best shipping option for my package. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I left feeling satisfied knowing that my package was in good hands.

It's the WORST UPS location. I dropped my package for shipping at their location with the label on the package. A few days later, when I tracked my package, it showed me no details under the tracking number, I went to this store again to inquire about my package and the store manager attended me, being the most rude and unprofessional manager I have ever met. The manager took no accountability for my package even though it was dropped at their store a week ago, she had no details and said we have no packages in our facility right now. I asked her if the driver picked it up, and she said I don't know, whatever I asked her, she kept saying "I have no answer to that", then why are you even the manager in the first place if you do not have any answers? She was so rude and unhelpful, this was such an expensive package and till today, I don't know where my package is.
