I’ve had great experiences with Tom Roush Mitsubishi, from the agent that sold me my car last September to the technician that performed my vehicle inspection last Thursday. The workers are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and has ample space for clients to sit while technicians are servicing your car.

It was very easy to schedule service when I wanted it and the service was completed in the time they estimated. I especially appreciated the email notice I received after coming home that had the assessment of different areas of the car that they reviewed during the routine maintenance and the status of those parts. Now I can predict that I will probably need service in a certain area during my next visit.
