Smooth buying experience. Garen Gibbs was professional, friendly (without being slick), and informative—and efficient without being pushy. I had done my research and knew what I wanted; he was responsive to that, answered my questions clearly and honestly, and didn't waste time on things I wasn't interested in.

After a rocky start to my first service appointment there on my Mazda 3, I was able to get a new battery covered by the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. I will give them a second chance to make a first impression as the Westfield location is most convenient, and I look forward to a respectful, professional relationship.

Service provided details, was informative, but $900 + to drain gas tank seemed a bit high. Perhaps the process was more complicated than I imagine.

Our first contact was with salesman Lee Wildermuth. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at.
We also had a great experience working with Mohammad ( Used car sales Manager).
Finally, we worked with Finance employee James. He made the final process of purchasing a vehicle from Tom Roush Mazda a pleasurable experience.
I highly recommend doing business with Tom Roush Mazda and ask for Lee.

The many YouTube videos I watched to learn how not to get ripped off had me very suspicious and skeptical going into meet Larry about purchasing an automobile. He proved he and the dealership were nothing like the internet warns of. The interactions were straightforward, clear, transparent, and never uncovered any "gotchas"! I drove away with confidence. Highly recommend Larry and the dealership to anyone who would rather be in a dental chair than buying a car.

I bought a used Mazda CX5 so far so good, 1200 miles, no issues. I put 5 stars because of Amber A. and Dan V. I had an issue with sales man mistake, but Amber saw it and fixed it, always replied emails. Dan V. quickly replied and tried to help.
Everyone does mistakes, and I appreciate how quick you try to fix it.
