Billy made the best drinks I’ve had after traveling the world with the military. I’ve been a regular here for over a year now and the drinks are amazing and consistent. The menu changes with the season and Billy always comes up with fantastic drinks.

The Stave in Westfield is hands down, the absolute best. Biggest reason to visit is summed up in one word: Billy. He’s the main bartender in The Stave and this man knows his alcohol. Yes, West Fork is known for its whiskey, but this particular location is known for Billy. Not only is he a master bartender, but is also an expert mixologist, whiskey and bourbon connoisseur, friendly, outgoing and intelligently sets the atmosphere. Had a long day at work? Go see Billy. Celebrating your birthday? Celebrate with a drink from Billy. This bar is the only place I frequent with my husband, family and friends because it’s the only place that I trust will show us a good time and good products. Indiana isn’t known for much, but if it should be known for one thing, it’s that Billy works at The Stave in West Fork Whiskey and he’s worth a visit.

This place is always packed! Which is great for them and Westfield in general. However, it's been impossible to get a spot for 2 people a couple of times so we've opted to stop trying to get a seat here... Additionally, the beautiful "speak-easy" style cocktail lounge looked out into a brightly lit event space / garage, which really killed the vibe in the times that we did get a seat by the window. We enjoyed the cocktails and hope to be back to try their new menu items. Their bartenders are passionate about their work, which means the drinks are always great!

I'm always in for trying new cocktail lounges especially the day I get locked in a dumpster area. Story for another day...Ambience: They have so much opportunity to make this fun. I guess I just want every cocktail bar to be dimly lit and speak easy adjacent vibes. Turns out they aren't all that way. It is a smart design. Large and cozy chairs that you can really sit back and relax in! Fun to have windows into the operation.Service: Still unclear if you are meant to order at the bar or if the bartender also serves. The bartender that night took our order from our chairs but wasn't very attentive even when they appeared to not be busy. I realize there is a lot happening behind the scenes we aren't always privy to. So just fine service - nothing negative or over the top.Cocktails: Yes, please. I always think I'm not a bourdon drinker but then I get a bourbon drink and I question my identity and knowing. I ordered a fall fresh drink that I don't currently see on the menu! Gahhh. I thought they mentioned it was always on there. Well regardless it was a 10/10 and had the right amount of zing and not too sweet. I also had an espresso martini which is delish! Peep the Yelp love on the menu! I will always support a place that has NA options for my sober friends!I hadn't had dinner so I ordered the pulled pork nachos. The queso was orange and I'm partial to blanco queso forever and always amen. The pork wasn't smoked so what's the point, really? The jalapeños were fresh and bringing the heat. They were okay but wouldn't get them again. I'll go to half liter for my fix. Will I return? Absolutely.

Top bartender in the city. Even the understudy can bring it (see espresso martini). Great vibes and service - love the extensive cocktail options and if you wanted food, Mash House in-building is a solid pick.

Great place to have well crafted bourbon drinks. The bartenders are knowledgeable and the overall feel of the bar is cozy.

It is a small bar inside the distillery that feels like a speakeasy. Couches and such and a great vibe. The biggest highlight is Billy. Billy knows his drinks and he provides an experience as well as great cocktails. It’s almost like going to a mixology class! Billy is willing to tell you about the drinks and have conversations about what makes a great cocktail. I would recommend spending some time at Stave, and let Billy mix you a cocktail you’ll love!

Great atmosphere and excellent service from Geo and Billy. Well-balanced drinks. Great explanations of the whiskeys on offer. Blake was also there, eating a Snickers, and talking about how cocktails have too much sugar. He was okay. I would recommend Geo and Billy. ?

This lounge is small but has the vibe of a speakeasy. The bartenders were great and the drinks were really excellent at reasonable prices.

Made it to West Fork Whiskey in Westfield for the first time. In particular, we were hanging out at the Stave Cocktail Lounge. It's an enclosed area within the building and has a more chilled vibe than the open-concept restaurant. There are some nice comfortable couches as well as bar-top seating. The cocktail menu is pretty extensive. The drinks are divided into different categories, from classics to more seasonal and eclectic choices. You can also order a whiskey flight or simply do a called drink. The bartenders will hook you up. What's interesting to me is the lounge has a somewhat different drinks menu than the restaurant. In theory you have even more choices to choose from.Coming from Metro Indy, the Westfield location feels like a far-flung area. It's kind of a destination visit but I would not hesitate to come back again. One tidbit I learned is that they are looking for tour guides for facility tours. It's like a volunteering thing but you get some perks in return I believe.

Met up with some friends here on a chill Wednesday evening - and absolutely loved everything about Stave. First off - it just SMELLS nice in there. The vibe is speakeasy-ish/dark/super swank - yet somehow casual - and I felt like I could wear anything in there attire wise and not be out of place. Even the menus were cool - leather in collaboration with Howl & Hide. Sweet. We opted to sit at one of the comfy, overstuffed leather couches to visit - and Molly - our bartender - was ULTRA attentive, knowledgeable, and awesome. She knew what to suggest - all major hits with our group of friends - and was so professional and friendly. I had the Orange Push Pop and the Tiki Dumpster - BOTH yummy and reasonably priced as far as craft cocktails go. Friends had the Signature Old Fashioned and the Sazerac - both also great. I have my eye on several more I want to try next go-round...and there WILL be another round soon! Thanks for a great experience, Molly and Stave!

Finally got to check it Stave and it did not disappoint! Shout out to our bartender, Billy, for helping choose a delicious drink. There's a ton of cocktail options for everyone and also mocktails! I got the Cactus Sour and it was so good! Plenty of parking and beautiful atmosphere.
