I want to commend Vickie, that cooks in the Cafe! She is WONDERFUL!!! She makes the best pizza ever!!! I can't even sing her praises enough! Plus she's soooo sweet I just HAD to hug her!!! I recommend Speedway pizza to EVERYONE who sick of paying way too much for other pizza places!!! You will be shocked how affordable they are, and they don't SKIMP ON INGREDIENTS... ESPECIALLY THE CHEESE!!! THANKS VICKIE.. YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!

They have those screens with obnoxious ads blasting sound the entire time you are pumping gas. I'll go ANYWHERE but here in the future.

Decent store, relatively clean, gas pumps seemed decent speed. Staff was friendly and quick.

The prices are more expensive than they should be, but the atmosphere is great. I love to ride my bike here on a Saturday afternoon, get a drink and just chill for a bit. Has a pretty wide selection of snacks too. Can’t say anything about the gas unfortunately, I don’t buy it.

Not quite sure what the one lady’s name was running register but it was around 6:45pm on June 1st when the incident occurred. There were two ladies working behind counter and one was just being SO rude to everybody coming into that Speedway. I’m sure the camera’s could show a lot about how nasty her attitude and mouth was yelling and cussing about how “she doesn’t get paid enough to do Manager stuff” and I’m assuming something wasn’t working in the self checkout area so it had her worked up to the point she kept going over there to work on it but as someone who has worked retail and at a gas station myself I do know you are ALWAYS supposed to take care of your customers FIRST and get them in and out. There was a line when I first came in with my fiancé and I just think it was unprofessional how she wasn’t ringing up people who were in line WAITING before deciding she needed to work on the machine again. A couple before us proceeded to go to her side of the counter after she checked out a lady FINALLY and she yelled “I’m not over there right now” then proceeded to work on the machine AGAIN!! We weren’t the only ones who had a bad experience. She was talking to everybody crazy! It wasn’t until we got to the front of the line and the other young woman ringing us up started checking us out and my fiancé asked if she could get us more extra large lids for our cups because we didn’t see any. (A customer behind us said there was some more on the other side) I then proceeded to hurry and walk over and grab them as she was correct! BUT the one VERY RUDE lady working on the machine not even ringing us up said in front of everybody “That’s because they don’t look for them” which in my eyes was very unnecessary when we were very respectful throughout the whole ordeal. My fiancé even proceeded to thank the customer behind us for letting us know and she responded with a “you’re welcome”. Wether there was lids on the other side or not it is THEIR JOB to make sure thing’s are being restocked!!! I understand we all have bad day’s but you just can’t treat and talk to people like that! I’ll never be back and I hope she gets wrote up for her nasty mouth! Luckily my kid’s weren’t with me cause I doubt that would’ve mattered to her.

I don't judge anyone but the man who works nights who looks like he smokes meth out back has signs up everywhere that say, straws in "front register" when I asked where that was he got really angry and rude with me even if that was a dumb question he works at speedway I mean. Should he really be above answering that? Aside from the fact he got so bewildered when I told him he had no reason to catch an attitude with me I'm a customer who pays a lot of money in gas! He would know that I'm a regular if he wasn't always tweaking. This is absurd westfield was supposed to be a nice city.

Bathrooms are way down hill from what that used 5o be at this location. The sinks are truly disgusting every day and it is obvious nobody cleans them.

I don't know why this place isn't rated higher I've been shopping here for a little over a year and all of the staff are quick and friendly, The place is clean (I regularly walk in to see the staff wiping down handles, moping the floors, or restocking).Kari is always fun to talk to, very friendly, and makes me want to keep coming back.Ash is very matter of fact but almost always gets me in and out quicklyand Tyler has to be one of the best customer service representatives I've seen in awhile.Terry who usually works Night shift is also very friendly and good to talk toI wish I could leave a positive review for everyone but I haven't learned everyone's names.
