Out daughter attended this Primrose location @ Grand Park from the time they opened up until a few weeks ago, when she moved on to kindergarten, and we cannot recommend this place enough. The facilities are clean and safe, and the staff and teachers/caregivers are amazing. Most importantly, our daughter loved the school and her teachers, and she was more than well prepared to start kindergarten after moving on from Primrose.

My wife and I recently enrolled our kids at Primrose Grand Park and they are enjoying their new daycare so much. They previously went to another (not Primrose) facility and after being bumped multiple times due to their staffing issues we made the switch. We couldn't be happier that our kids talk so enthusiastically about their day and the teachers post many pictures and updates throughout the day. We should have switched to Primrose Grand Park long ago. From when I first contacted Primrose Grand Park, Amanda has been so professional, helpful, and clearly loves the kids. She's been available to answer questions and clarify things when needed. If you're considering child care, I highly recommend Primrose Grand Park.

Our family couldn't be happier with Primrose at Grand Park. Their professionalism throughout the challenges of 2020 brought us assurance that our baby girl was in safe and caring environment. The teachers and administrative staff are always available and the school's daily and weekly emails/communications also offer peace of mind. We can see our daughter thriving and enjoying her days in school.

We just moved to the area and feel so fortunate for our son to be enrolled at Primrose Grand Park! The center is beautiful, the teachers are so caring, and we love the updates via the app. The director, Amanda, is also super responsive to any of our concerns, which is something I know many centers struggle with. It is always great when we can tie things that our son brings up back to what we know about his day. This past weekend he asked about fairness - something I know they discussed in school the day prior! I love that they do STEM, music, art, and other activities to boost his understanding of the world around him - things I would not consider doing with him at home. COVID has made everything more difficult with our old center, but I do not feel any strain in the communication / process at this center.

Words cannot explain how grateful we are for this school! After Amanda gave us a tour, my gut knew my son was supposed to attend Primrose . We also love getting notifications through the app of what he has been up to during the day. Quality , safety , cleanliness, and education all in one. Couldn’t be happier !!

I can't begin to say enough about this school. Amanda is absolutely fabulous and my son loves his teacher. He has said numerous times he loves school. On off-days (he's PT) he even asks if he gets to go to school today. I love the peace of mind that provides us. I also love the constant updates about his day with the app along with photos and videos. We get to see how much he's enjoying it. That being said, I came on here to praise his teacher about our potty training struggles. She came down to the entrance to speak with me one-on-one about the plan to help him be successful. She eased my mind and I know he is in great hands. I know not many schools/programs are that involved with the process and being on board with what we are doing at home. Thank you Primrose.

I worked here for 2 weeks and one day before quitting. I wasn't trained but was made head teacher of a classroom two days in a row. I am 18 and was ALONE in a class of 5 year olds two days in a row. I was put in a classroom on my first day, no training. That's how it was the whole time I worked there. They put people who have no training in the classrooms alone with the children. I heard the same thing from many of my coworkers which was they also had no training and no idea what they were supposed to be doing. No one was ever trained, no one knew what was going on. They go over ratio of children to staff daily. I tried to call up front many times asking for help but no one ever came to , but I got in trouble for raising my voice, because "that's not how we do things". Well how am I supposed to know that when I have zero training and am alone with 6 screaming children. I was told if I needed to help to call up front, which I did, but received no help. The classroom I was in wasn't even finished either. I do not recommend taking your children here. The management is not good, and they are severely understaffed (for a reason). Primrose is just a franchise and very much do not care about their staff or the children, it's all about the money to them.

As a mother of two young children who attend Primrose at Grand Park as well as an infant teacher, I recently shared this story with the owner and wanted to share here as well. The other day when my co-teacher was at lunch, I had an infant spit up all over his clothes, a second one vomit, another one make an attempt to get food off a tray he's allergic to and quickly moving him away, the second baby vomiting three more times in a row followed by a fourth infant spitting up all himself and needing a change of clothes, all within a few minutes of each other. To top it all off, we discovered that two of them chose that precise moment to have a BM, making the cleanup process even longer as we had to change them one at a time at our single diaper changing station. Throughout the mass chaos, two management team members both stepped up to assist and helped make a situation that was chaotic and stressful something we could laugh at throughout the whole ordeal. The mood lightened and it made for a great story to share with my mom group when I got home that evening. Even more so though, I felt so incredibly grateful for both of them, not just as a teacher but as a parent as well, and this is just one of many ways in which the management team as a whole has stepped up to give support in the classroom throughout my time at Grand Park. Knowing my children are at a place where teachers feel such a great level of support and camaraderie from management is such a relief because I feel that helps ensure my sweet little ones truly are in the best of hands. Having taught at many schools and some without that type of support is hard on even the best of teachers and creates a tense and stressful environment, one I feared ever putting my own children into. However, the management team at Grand Park has gone above and beyond each and every day to make sure teachers are feeling uplifted and supported, and I am so incredibly grateful for that! With my unique perspective as both a teacher and a parent, I know I get to see things like this that most parents don't which is why I wanted to share my thoughts and observations with you.
