1 St Visit to Westfield Prime car wash.
Arrived at approx 10.30 AM was greeted by a young lady with a smile and personality. She listened to what I needed and then she listened to what I could afford. After leaving car wash met two employees who decided they did not need to wipe down my car and sent me into door # 3.
I was escorted to a comfortable waiting area as they cleaned inside of my car. At approx 11.00 am the young man came and escorted me back to my car. Inside was very clean with no complaints. Passenger seat had been moved to clean back seat area and so I stopped in lot and put seat back in proper position. I noticed the back of the car was still dirty from the auto car wash not doing its job and the two employees who were supposed to wipe it down did not do their job.
I returned to the nice young lady at front. She sent me through a second time.. when I exited I new person was at wipe down area. He wiped down car and windows.
Although it was not perfect they did fix with a smile the concern about my car.

When I went, I asked for the best wash they could offer because I really wanted to clean the underbody of my car. The underbody wash they provided did nothing to the bottom of my truck. It was still filthy and did not look like it got washed at all. I went back and asked to go through again. Same sort of thing, it just did not do anything. Worse actually, one of the brushes came down on my hood so hard that I felt the truck squat under the weight. Thankfully somehow there was no serious damage to my paint, I have a feeling a clay bar will take out the scratches it left. After twice through, I left with a scratched hood, sediment in my wheel wells that I could just brush off with the lightest swipe of my finger, bird droppings still left on my paint, wheels that still have dirt on them, and tire shine that faded off within an hour. The wax they used is also just splattered all over and barely adhered to my paint. I was very disappointed and will not go back. I will say they were nice about letting me going back through even without showing a receipt.

Does OK with carwash, never gets back of SUV then towel draw spreading or smearing dirt. Usually have to ask for spray on passenger side

Detailing service is very mediocre, and I could of done better job in 20 minutes or did the same thing but actually would of got the dusk and crums
Top of my dash board was still dusty and to wipe my hand over it to the picture for example , granite not a lot but still lol the whole point is get a vacuum and wipe down service at the minimum

Took the better-half's Hyundai Kona to the Prime Car Wash in Westfield (May 13, 2024) at about 8:30am.
Ordered & paid for an Eilite Wash ($22). Went thru the wash, blow-dry & hand dry, and drove 8 miles home.
I get home & look at the car... still bird poop on three sides, wheels are still caked with brake dust & no tire shine.
Called the Westfield Prime to speak to management and the person on the phone didn't exactly inspire confidence in quality or worker competence.
Hope Prime can get it together, but I'm not dropping another $22 to find out.

Do NOT visit this location (at least unless you have an hour plus to get your car cleaned). I was in town for a baseball tournament and needed a quick vacuum. I asked for self service vacuums and was told they didn’t have them but could easily clean my car. They never mentioned how long they would need my car. I had 45 mins before I needed to be back at the field. After 20 minutes, I asked how much long it would be. They said 5-15 mins. They moved my car up in the bay so I thought it was almost done. After 10 more mins, I walked up to the guy and said I need to leave, how much longer? 15 mins he says!!!!. I told him I didn’t have 15 mins and needed the car now. They pulled my car out. Basically they did nothing in my car other than rinse the mats. Check out the pics. My car was filthy. $31 plus $5 tip and this is what I got. I contacted them for a partial refund and they never replied. I never write reviews but it was such a poor experience along with a waste of time and money that I wanted to warn others.

I became a member after seeing a promotion, buy a wash and get a month free. The staff are outstanding and incredibly personable. My car is always clean and they go above and beyond to pay attention to detail when cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I’d strongly recommend being a member, or just stopping in for the occasional wash. Can’t be disappointed by prime!
