This is a full blown brick and mortar building that only does mortgage loans. WTH. Have to drive to Carmel if I want to any other banking. What a waste.

Went in to cash a check. Was told they could deposit said check then i could take the money out of the ATM...it was my business check. If I had a debit card i would have used it. This location should not be on Google as a bank.

Why even have this branch. If PNC reads these, this branch is a drain. ATMs rarely work. People inside can’t do anything except give direct to another PNC. Waste of real estate, financial resources, and talent.

I agree with all the 1-star reviews. This is only a ATM location and even their ATM doesn’t have money half the time! They should consider closing down or renaming it to NOT PNC bank! Please use the 146th location where they actually provide banking services with great customer service.

Kind of worthless location. I'd rather just drive down to 146th st where I can get handle all my banking needs in one place.

This location’s existence isn’t without purpose, no drive thru, lobby closed, people inside twiddling their thumbs. This location is a glorified atm. Some people can’t do everything with a damn machine.

This particular branch has a client services specialist named Eddie. He's hands down the most helpful and knowledgeable PNC employee I've ever met. If you live close or relatively close to this location and use PNC for your business banking, I highly recommend working with Eddie.

This review is a long time coming. This PNC DOES NOT value their customers convenience at all. Before my wife and I were married, we banked at different institutions (Her-PNC, Me-Chase). After we were married I switched to PNC. I am not advocating for Chase, I am reviewing my customer service from PNC to this point. Here was my first experience with this branch: My wife and I walked in to PNC to create a joint account. We were greeted by 3 people standing around- which is fine. If you're not busy, you're not busy. We told them we needed to open a joint account. They told us none of them could help us because 2 of the 3 of them had appointments within the next half hour. What is the 3rd guy doing!? We ended up going to the Carmel branch on 146th St (further away from our home) and opened an account in under 30 minutes. Second Disappointing visit today: I walk in to cash a jar full of change. Sounds pretty simple, right? WRONG! I am told by an employee that she will get me some change rolls because they don't accept loose change... WHAT?! YOU'RE A BANK! You want me to roll my own change? Isn't that your job? I said no thanks and drove across the street (literally) to a competitor where I was helped without any hassle or even a convenience fee! This PNC needs to assess their customer service and policies to meet the needs of their local customers. Unlike me, If you have the choice, please bank somewhere else!

I was a conflicted when a different bank built near us - within walking distance. I stayed with NatCity Westfield branch for their amazing customer service. Nothing against the bank closer to our home, but Brittany, Todd, Andy, &c are just the best at taking care of the little details that give hometown banking its reputation.
