I can’t recommend how helpful and attentive the staff has been. Cristi also helped me select paint colors for our home interior taking into consideration our trim, cabinet & wood floor colors to have a cohesive and fresh look.”

“I recently purchased paint from the Sherwin Williams on Rangeline Road. I was using the paint in my new construction home on brand new drywall. After priming the wall, I noticed the paint was not adhering to the wall. I spoke to the manager Dominique and he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was causing the problem. The level of customer service was an unexpected surprise. I highly recommend this location and I will return for any of my painting needs in the future.”
“Let’s be honest, you can get less expensive paint from the big box stores as a homeowner, but you can’t beat the customer service of SW. The duration and emerald line holds up really well, the washability of duration line is great for my household with young kids and is my favorite paint. what makes this location my favorite is the employees. They are super kind, helpful and I never have to wait in the long paint mixing lines like at the big name places. The frequent sales and promotions help with the cost, so be sure to get on their text/email lists. They even help me load it into my car and never stingy with the paint sticks. (It’s the little things sometimes). I even come in with old gallons of paint I’ve purchased some time ago and they will shake them up with a smile, even though I’m not spending money that day. I’ll be a forever customer. So grateful for the Mundy drive SW.”

“Visited the Sherwin-Williams store in Castleton ten minutes before closing. The associate working was already helping other customers, nevertheless he was pleasant & professional, & graciously provided all of the many varied color samples i wanted. He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!”
“The customer service is great on top of selling great products. This is a newer Sherwin-Williams just off Michigan Road. I've been in a couple times now to pick up paint and color samples. There is a small parking lot in front of the store. On Friday, we ordered paint by phone to pick up curbside for a weekend project. The clerk that helped me out, was super friendly. I told him what color I wanted and he help us with which formulation to get. I was able to pay over the phone and the paint was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Getting product was easy and I didn't even have to go in the store. They even mixed it for me! The paint, as always, is high quality. Colors are exact. They make my DYI projects easy and rewarding. I'll be back.”
