Have been getting the run around and trying to get ahold of and actually speak to a manager for over a week now and keep getting told I will receive a call back and nothing , I’m so upset because they messed the front of my car up and I’m just trying to get it fixed but looks like I will have to take this to court

To the owner of the company you have a thief in your crew. My truck was towed and when I got it back my social security card my watch and my cologne was missing. I called the building to tell them about it and the lady basically called me a liar which was more hurtful than what was taken. I know you guys don't see stuff like this but if you see one of your guys with a brand new watch and smells good it's because of me I just wanted you to be aware of this situation because it's not right. I work hard for everything I have and then it's taken from me and then I'm called a liar when I call up air to see about if there's anyone wearing a new watch and smelling good in the crew. Pretty sad

I recently had to have my car towed to the dealership in the middle of my work day (I drive a lot for work). Austin was the name of the gentleman who came to the rescue! He was very professional and did a great job with getting to me promptly! Price was not bad either! Would recommend!

My insurance put through a claim and I had a 3 hour waiting time, which if fine I understand having to wait, but then they canceled at last minute after having me wait by my car for 3 hours! Wouldn't recommend!!!

The driver Dakota that picked up my totaled vehicle was so kind and considerate made sure I got the right address to unload my things out of car . The lady that was in the office (I’m so embarrassed that I don’t remember her name) was absolutely lovely took me to the lot where car was and waited patiently while I unloaded soooo many things out of car as I had lots of cleaning supplies and recent purchases !! she was amazing that was may 8. 2024!!! Thank you both so very very much ❣️

Pretty good and accommodating. They're very good at scheduling their transports on pretty short notice. Their drivers have all been professional and prompt, sometimes more than accommodating when I'm trying to figure things out and keeping them waiting. There was one time the scheduler laughed at me, but I was asking if they could be out within 3 hours so I can't even be angry because my request was absolutely absurd.

Mallory that works in the office is AMAZING. Friendly, helpful, and greatly reduced the stress from our 18 year old son's car accident. We spoke with her probably 3-4 times in one day and she was cheerful, helpful, remembered me, was patient, & made me feel like a long time client/friend. I will remember Paddacks in the future and when I can choose a wrecker, it will be them, thanks to Mallory!!!
