Drive 35 mins to get a air hose made, sent the old air hose with my employee, so they had exactly what they needed to make the new hose, crimped the wrong fitting on the hose and all they can say is if you come back 70 mins round trip we can refund you ur 28$ and the managers sick and all they can tell me is the owners name is Barry. So now I’m still on the side of the road and out 28$ cause I don’t feel like sending another guy all the way up there to get the 28$ back and spend 65$ to do it, I would have assumed they make hoses if they have the old fitting we would just score it on a male so I knew it was the correct one but what do I know I don’t make hoses for a living

Good group of men and women working behind the counter. Nobody is perfect. If they make a mistake, they fix it. In a post covid world, patience with is sometimes needed. Highly recommend this Napa location

Bought battery for my 04 Pontiac, this battery must be vented to the outside, it is mounted under the seat. The young guy at the counter. Name is possibly Tony? Said oh no you don't need to vent this. That is crazy its got the vent holes on top of the battery. This is something if somebody that didn't know anything about cars, could be Seriously Injured or Killed. Batteries vent out harmful gases. Very unimpressed. If you don't know something, don't lie. Your arrogance and false sense of knowledge is absolutely dangerous. It's ok not know something, you'll learn. But don't mislead people. There are too many other places to buy auto parts in Westfield. Wish I could count on NAPA

I received by far the very worst customer service on second shift that I have ever received from any auto parts store in my life. I had a battery power problem I talk to a man that morning he told me that they can easily help me with my issue by testing my alternator and battery and when I finally got there after work the woman and two men behind the counter we’re only interested in talking on the phone and when I asked not one would test my alternator saying that we do not do that anymore
