“I've been using the fishers postal annex for my post mail box through PostScanMail for 3 years now. The staff here is great. There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return.Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.”

“I’ve gone here many times with returns and to ship things to friends and have always had a good experience. Give them a try. I prefer UPS to the post office because the UPS package tracking is more robust.”

“I’m unsure what you grumpy people in the reviews are experiencing. I could not be more pleased with my UPS experience. I dropped off two VERY LARGE items for return with the shipping labels pre printed and one item needed a box. The nice man simply grabbed my item, measured it, and charged me 36$ for everything. I will continue doing business with this wonderful, helpful, successful location. Great job to these employees. I wish I got the name of the very helpful man that I worked with.”

“I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther!”
