My wife and I have had such positive experience with Kiddie Academy of Carmel Westfield. Our kiddo receives top-notch infant care. As a parent, nothing is more important to me than the well-being and happiness of our kiddo, and Kiddie Academy has exceeded our expectations. The teachers take the time to understand and cater to the unique needs of every infant. We also get regular updates, and there are open communication channels to ensure we are looped in. We feel good about dropping off our child every day.

Erica and Anise are amazing directors that truly care about the kids they work with daily. My son started here in early October with a definite speech delay and since starting I can tell a difference in his speech and language. He is speaking full sentences now! I am so happy we started here.

I am so happy that we ended up going to Kiddie Academy Carmel Westfield for childcare for my daughter. I got on the wait list at about 7 months pregnant and they had an opening for when she would be 6 months old her start date ended up being pushed back until she was 8 months old. She started in the older infants room and had the most wonderful teachers with Miss Mikayla and Miss Carmen. Miss Carmen especially loves and cares for the babies in way you can only dream of as a parent. She smiles so big and seems genuinely happy to be there holding them and loving on them. My daughter is now 15 months old and is in the toddler room where Miss Ivana and Miss Kat do such an amazing job with the pack of 1 years olds. I love being able to watch on video cameras and see Miss Ivana singing and playing the littles. They do a great job using basic signs to help my daughter communicate what she wants as well. KACW also has a lot of fun programs you can pay extra and sign up for like yoga, art class, and sports in the summer. The directors are great and friendly as well, overall super happy with Kiddie Academy Carmel Westfield!

So far I have loved all the teachers at the school. My daughter started here at 5 months old and was in the infant room with Linda & Iman. They are so loving and caring for these little babies. My daughter has since moved up two classrooms but every morning we walk by and my daughter wants to stop and say hi to Linda & Iman. We both adore them.Her next class she was in with Carmen and Makayla and unfortunately it was only for a few months because my daughter adored these teachers as well. Especially Carmen! In the mornings, my daughter would go straight to Carmen and turn around and waive me. Goodbye. Although that made me sad it also made me so happy knowing she loved being at school. These teachers were so interactive with their kids and really had fun with them. We just moved up to our third room and I can't review yet on those teachers but I have no doubts I'd give them 5 stars too. I will admit when we joined earlier this year the place was a bit chaos, but since they've gotten a new Director and it has been an entirely different experience. The teachers have remained the same and the communication is way better. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone needing care for their kids.

Enriched learning is a canvas everyone can expand upon. Kiddie Academy has not only taken the initiative, but welcomed the challenge. It does my heart well to see the multidimensional canvas of learning promoted at Kiddie Academy. Even at the preschool level, my son has enrichment in art, physical health, music, math, and cultural awareness. This is exceptional, and one of the reasons I highly recommend kiddie Academy.

My son attended Ms.Catherine’s class. My husband and I were ASTONISHED with what he had learned. He would come home everyday with something new. The facility is still fairly new and clean. The director is easy to talk to and understanding. Highly, highly recommend !

Amazing staff, great family events making sure they are culturally inclusive with the children and their families! Definitely would recommend joining kiddie academy! The curriculum is the most fun!

Before getting into the review, I just want to say it's been a roller coaster trying to secure a spot for our daughter in daycare. Kiddie Academy was one of our top choices when we got on 4 waitlists in October 2022 (8 months in advance of our daughter's due date). We ended up needing to move up our start date by 3 weeks due to our daughter's early arrival. All of our waitlist placements fell through and we were in a total panic. Erica at Kiddie Academy got us in when we called in June 2023, and we are so happy with the care provided for our baby.Lynda and Iman are amazing with all of the infants. They are absolutely wonderful caregivers and we could not be happier with them. I trust them when I drop off my now 4 month old. I can peek into the classroom using the webcam service and if the teachers aren't feeding or changing an infant, and the infant isn't napping, they are playing or cuddling with each one!I second the other reviewer who states the new administrators are doing a great job. I know staffing/turnover is an issue across the industry and I hope Kiddie Academy can do whatever it takes to retain their caregivers.

My husband and I took a lot of time researching and touring daycares while I was pregnant with our first child. Kiddie Academy checked all the boxes - proximity, cleanliness, kind teachers, and great curriculum. Since she started in the fall of 2022, we have overall been happy with our decision.Our daughter started when she was 3 months and was a crier. While it was tough for us to drop her off, we knew she was in great hands. The teachers took the time to get to know her and figure out what would calm her and make her happy - there would even be days the director would take time out of her day to walk around with her. As she has gotten older and moved up classrooms, I still feel like she (and her classmates) get this type of individualized attention.I cannot say enough about the teachers. They work incredibly hard. They are kind and makes each child in their room feel special. Our daughter still gets a huge smile on her face when she sees her teachers from previous rooms. The teachers do a great job engaging the children. They do a variety of fun activities each week while also instilling new skills. My daughter especially loves going outside and listening to music in the classroom.While this facility has faced its challenges with staffing and high turnover (which is common in the industry right now), the current leadership is turning it around and has made it a stable facility again. They are hiring people who care and who can handle the job. Trusting anyone that is not you with your child is really difficult, however, the teachers here are really special, especially if you take the time to get to know them.

This is by far the best daycare my child, nephews and nieces have attended, they love to go to school each and everyday. The activities the teachers do at the school is absolutely outstanding. They have been learned so much.They have such a great staff, I noticed it has been challenging for this industry, they changed the directors and staff, but they are genuinely interested in wellbeing of our kids. I love the director Ms. Erica, Thank you so much for everything Kiddie Academy.
