Customer service was good and the staff was really helpful. There are several drive thru lanes that operate during work hours. There's a good number of parking spots, accessible parking ?️ and accessible entrance.

This is the second time at Westfield location and I have to drive 35 minutes here... Pulled n with green light on and 2 minutes till. No one ever came to help me... Realized no one was going to after I seen workers running out the doors. First time I was here four different workers came to the window and sat for 25 minutes until I got my check cashed.I'm wasting so much money coming to this bank... With gas plus they charge to cash check.Is there another location that would be beneficial??????

William Burke is awesome! Stuck to his word, kept me informed and got a bogus $900 charge returned to me. The staff in general is awesome though. If you need an alternative branch with good service, downtown Noblesville is good. The rest I would avoid.

Our first experience was unpleasant because we had to wait more than 30 minutes to open a new checking account, we were told to step into an office after one of their employees told us to wait in her office but waited and waited. We left empty handed. You would think it's important to secure and prioritize new customers.
