Love this place! Office is very neat, management and staff is super efficient to our needs and very understanding. Maintenance is very helpful. Definitely would recommend this place, pricing is very convenient for this area!

Hamilton square apartment is great! I feel very comfortable in my apartment and safe outside of my apartment, the staff is great, Kevin and Paul are are very helpful! I really love anything here!

I just signed my contract to move here, so I'm moving now, I just want to thank Kevin from the leasing for such good customer service, he is very kind and always knows how to help you in case something doesn't work for you, he will give you several options and he will know which one is best for you? about the studio ,It's not the best because these are not as new as other apartments but it's fine for its price

Nuestra experiencia como residentes de este condominio ha sido a completa satisfacción. Las órdenes de mantenimiento son ejecutadas sin demora. Las áreas comunes se mantienen limpias y en buen estado. Es un condominio tranquilo y el staff está pendiente de que todo esté funcionando bien. Lo recomendamos como un sitio donde su familia se va a sentir cómoda y segura.

I have been living here for 4 years. This is absolutely the best place to live. The community is quiet and polite. The maintenance is on point and will fix any problems within hours. The gym is top notch and gives you everything you need for a great workout. The pool is the best part definitely worth taking time out of your day to soak the summer heat away. Paul is the property manager and he is the coolest guy you will definitely like him. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because I will never leave Hamilton square apartments they are my home!
