The staff at HCAH is very kind, caring and compassionate to my dear pet and to me and they listen to why we are there and ensure to give the best care for the reason why we are there. Thank you Hamilton Crossing Animal Hospital!

We came to this vet for almost 10 years. Loved it for so long! However, over the last year or two things have gone downhill. The front staff is not friendly at all. They used to be so sweet and helpful and now...not so much. Not sure if it's because of Dr. Frazier's passing? Dr. Quigley is great! I'm reducing my review to 3 stars because of the front desk people. I once watched as a very elderly lady came in for her dog's appt. She had the wrong date and despite the fact that it clearly took great effort to get there, the front desk just said "nope, sorry. we don't have any time for you this morning." Then they literally turned away from her to signal the conversation was over. Poor woman looked so helpless.

There were many concerns with boarding. Most concerning, when I picked up my dog, he smelled so strong of urine that we could not take him home. Both of his hind legs were soaking wet. I took him back inside and asked why he would smell so strongly of urine and what he could have been in that caused his back legs to be drenched. One employee went back to the boarding area immediately while another took my dog back to be rinsed off. That employee came back to let me know that Maverick was supposed to get a bath that day and hadn't gotten one. I was asked to return back to your facility in an hour to pick him up. The employee who went to the boarding area did not return to provide an answer. Later that day, an assistant called to offer free grooming 3 days later. No one could answer why my potty-trained dog was drenched in urine. She just said it was "wonky" in boarding. I would discourage anyone from using this place for boarding.

I took my cat here two times. She has skin breakage near her neck and ears. somehow they failed to tell me she had fleas the two times within 2 months thay i took her. the perscribed her meds for her ears but it wasnt really the problem. im not sure how they did not diagnose fleas on my cat. i found them when i gave her a bath and bugs were everywhere and she was bleeding into the bathtub from all the scabs she had on her skin. I would not recommened going here for your animals if you want a good correct diagnosis.

I was recommended them because I have a difficult doggo and so did they. They are so gentle and care about your pets. I won't take my doggo anywhere else.

Very caring. Pricing is reasonable. Clea facility with helpful staff. Just wish our vet (Dr. Hadley) was not retiring, but we wish him the best!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is an absolutely terrible place to bring your pets. We just moved here and I needed a sick appointment for my cat. While I was satisfied we were able to get an appointment quickly, it's probably because of how terrible they are. They ordered a urinalysis test which was reasonable. They took my cat out of the room where I was (which I've never had a vet do before) and when the vet tech came back, my cat and her cage were COVERED in pee. The pee was literally sloshing around. The vet tech didn't say a word to me about it and acted as if that was ok. I was a little miffed to say the least. When I went out to the receptionist, she also acted like a cat covered in it's own urine was ok and totally normal. My toddler and I were practically pushed out the door of the office with no time to speak to anyone about why this had happened. No one offered to help clean her up, nothing. This is NOT how you treat animals, especially for people who claim they love them enough to go into that field. I will not be going back to the vet, ever.
