This Goodwill like many others never puts out the good stuff. Its policy. NEVER and I mean NEVER donate to them. They sell the good stuff online and then, as an ex-employee put it, they hire employees to bid against you when you place bids, so you have to pay higher. This is how they make money. Its said to be illegal but they do it any way. No matter the lawsuits it never goes any where. Now the prices for books, DVDs, everything is going up. They have trucks warehouses and factories for a reason people. THEY MAKE A LARGE PROFIT. One year it was shown the CEOs got 80% of the profits as bonuses. Thats where the money really goes. Do your research if you can. You may not even be able to find the truth anymore. I don't care how clean the place is or what they do sell, this is highway robbery and it barely cost them a penny. Remember they get Government grants. Donate to local thrift stores that actually help others. Putting resellers out of business. Control.

A young lady that goes by Morgan is an excellent goodwill employee, I appreciate that she took the time out of her day to just to have a nice conversation about some items in the store. She was extremely helpful, and kind and she was very passionate about her job.

I pulled in today, with 2 grown men standing against the wall, I asked if someone could help me, I’m disabled-The one man - bald headed- no English looked at me and went back to whoever he was talking to, I asked the other gentleman Black american if he might help me- he looks at the other guy and I guess decided he wasn’t going to help me- so he said yeah - I’ll help- he took one box and left everything for me to do- (3 carpets rolled up and another box) excuse me!!I’m giving stuff free, so you can work.I usually go to fishers- I will never go to Westfield again.Lazy, and not wanting to help a lady.I felt like putting all back in my car and driving away. I have polio and this was a shame!!Who’s their boss!Debra MaddenNoblesville- Morse Lake.

Use to love coming to this one. But 3 employees walked by the door after 9am and didn't unlock despite the group of people standing outside.

I found a PERFECT dress for the costume ball I've been invited to so there's that... always a good spot for Vintage Pyrex, and I got a pair of Mary Jane Danskos for $10!!!But you know... disinterested cashiers, long wait times in line, items that are potentially garbage. But the times that you DO find a treasure makes it worth it.

I have a 2 year old son who has a ton of energy but is always well rounded and quiet. Most people with children know what it’s like to go out or attempt shopping with a toddlerMy son was in very close proximity to me the entire time, just playing with toys.Their staff of young teenagers kept pointing directly at my while whispering to each other; I take it their parents didn’t teach them manners. They did it so long I even waved at them until they stopped.Apparently, my son was getting too many toys out- hence they assumed I wasn’t going to pick up after him. I don’t have a problem with them ensuring the toys would be picked up, but to point and whisper about me/my son, is so RUDE. Another customer overheard and said that it was a bit much. Not only this, being a mom is HARD. To shop while with a kid, even harder. To make me feel bad bc my toddler is playing with TODDLER toys is ridiculous. I look forward to the day those kids actually have kids of their own so I can tell them to control their toddler in a store. My son was amazingly cooperative today.
