This pharmacy has the slowest customer service in the world. It always takes like 20 min to get through the drive through. I don't know what they do in there but the wait is ridiculous.

This CVS had all the items I needed. The products were easy to find and the prices were reasonable when using coupons and extra bucks. That being said, I only gave them two stars due to their poor staffing. There was no one covering the counter and no bell to ring for help. I had to use the kiosk which usually is no big deal. However, I use a cane for stability and it is very difficult for me to deal with my purchases to ring up, purse, cane, and wrestle the plastic bags that stick together. After about 5 minutes of frustration I pushed the help button. I happened to turn around and an employee was standing not more than 10 feet away. She was aimlessly running her fingers over the nail polish and staring off in the distance! No awareness of me struggling at the kiosk. I expect certain things from employees, primarily, their being aware of customers in line and shopping.

Congratulations to this CVS FOR BEING THE WORSE IN COSTUMER SERVICE. The "professionals" at the pharmacy counter are so RUDE, NO COSTUMER SERVICE, NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE. There is a young guy there that he believes he is THE POPE's doctor. I am so sorry but CVS just lost another costumer and just gain somebody that will be expressing my experience in dealing with this kind of "professionals". SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.

Always out of meds. They blame their supplier. Then get a different supplier. There is another pharmacy (not a CVS) I go to that usually has what I need, but it's 30 minutes round trip. I've decided it's better to do that than deal with the headache.

So rude at the pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty yelled from her counter you didn't talk to me about scheduling a flu shot. We understand everyone is busy this time of year, never will come to this pharmacy again. Treat people with kindness and d respect- pretty basic

So thankful for this pharmacy. The staff go above and beyond to fill our prescriptions. If they don't have it, they will find someone who does. Hang in there Ben and staff, you are guys are awesome!

This is a horrible place to get your prescriptions refilled or filled in general. They never have anything in stock. And the pharmacist (Shannon) is nearly impossible to work with. Do you yourself a favor and transfer it to somewhere else besides the CVS.

The manager of this pharmacy does not deserve to have a job. I switched to this location after moving. Everytime I have went it is a different excuse from her. The last time she told me information which was no where near true. She needs fired and her pharmacy license revoked.

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. The majority of the pharmacy staff is consistently rude and unpleasant, the staff is not helpful at all, the pharmacy has constant issues with medications being out of stock, and they take forever to do anything. This afternoon, I spent 40 minutes on hold with the pharmacy, and someone finally connected and hung up instantly. I went to the pharmacy later, and I left once again without my necessary medication. A 1-star rating is being generous. AVOID THIS CVS AT ALL COSTS!!!

I tried this pharmacy out being that it was closer to my home but quickly regretted.I came 2/24/23 before closing about 5 min to pick up my scripts. Insurance had not cover one of them so naturally I inquired as to why. Of course my quick 1 min pick up turn out to be a lot longer. Soon as 8pm hit I don’t what the pharmacist problem was but she was extremely agitated because they still had people left to help. In reality it was just me. As the pharmacy tech was helping me I could literally see the pharmacist Jennifer tell the tech helping me “its closing time.” She said it about twice. She then came to help me annoyed as all get out. Her demeanor and attitude was really just uncalled for. it was honestly just a horrible customer service experience. I couldn’t really ask anymore questions and they basically rushed me out of there without any help on my issue. II love cvs but this particular one has pharmacy team that just doesn’t care. I will not be coming back.
