Crew Carwash is a multi-generational family business built to last, providing clean, fast, and friendly service. The car often comes out shiny and looking brand new. Many customers state they would not wash their car anywhere else. Employees are frequently described as super friendly, helpful, polite, welcoming, and personable, with service noted as above par. The lines are attended very well, even on busy days, resulting in a smooth and quick wash. Staff is recognized for attentiveness to detail, offering to do rewashes and taking necessary steps to address specific issues like bug removal. Personnel helpfully explain the price ranges and additional options. However, some minor improvements could be established. On occasion, not every bug splatter is completely removed, requiring some customer follow-up. In the vacuum bays, some equipment issues have been reported, such as broken mat clips, weak vacuum suction, weak air guns, and parts coming off. A point of feedback is that many car wash stations now offer free vacuums, whereas here they are paid. One customer also reported not being clearly directed during the wash entry, causing a rough bump. Despite these occasional issues, the business is praised for its exceptional quality and industry-leading customer service.
The manager, Sean, went above and beyond to help me when the car wash revealed some damage on my car. Popped my bumper back into place for me and sent me on my way. Very happy with the customer service here!

My vehicle was extremely dirty from dirt roads and my rims were covered in brake dust. With one trip through the wash it looked new, including the rims!
