Nice people but can't get a person to answer the phone. Automated answering machine hung up twice on me telling me to call back later. That's just not acceptable. Answer your phone!

One of the biggest businesses mistakes I've made so far has been choosing to do business with Chase. I opened a business checking account with them and every step of the way has been a hassle. I've had my entire account closed (and reopened), transactions denied, transfers denied, funds on hold, etc.. all within 10 days of opening the account! They claim this is due to their "industry leading fraud protection"....which sounds nice until every single transaction (except cash deposit) is deemed "fraudulent" and none of the representatives you speak to have the ability to do anything about it. I've spoken to various Chase representatives as these things were happening. I completed the appeals process, provided additional paperwork, complied in every way but yet it continues on. The final straw was when they decided to cancel my ability to accept credit card payments and placed a 120 hold on all the funds I've processed via credit card so far. 120 days is a LONG time for a small business with plenty of payables.... especially when this whole thing is BOGUS from the start.
As a small business I WOULD NOT bank with Chase...

Beware. Any checks that are deposited will be marked as "potentially fraud" and they will not allow you to use your funds for over 10+ days while they make interest off of your money. I would not recommend this bank.

Erin and Nathaniel from this branch are great. Had a difficult issue that caused a few days of lost sleep and stress. Erin was able to resolve the issue for me. Everyone was kind and attentive throughout the process.

This is a "digital branch"… Total waste of time… No teller windows no drive-through… Literally one gigantic ATM machine inside… So you have to wait in a long line… Only to have your card declined… Then you get a text message and you have to reply yes… Then your card works… Tried to withdraw $1000… Needed 50s for my Christmas cards… Oh but they don't have $50 bills Total joke… The future of banking is scary … Time to find a new bank like Ye

Well.. we have been standing in the lobby for about 15 minutes. No one has even greeted us. This is the worst branch.. we just left... get it together
