“We felt adventurous and signed up for a discovery flight! What a NEAT experience. Staff is incredibly friendly (not to mention knowledgeable) I had no worries hopping into that plane with them. A short trip in the air and they even let you take control and fly for a bit on your own! (they have full control with their " wheel " of course for obvious reasons). We were very inquisitive and our flight instructor was moreThan happyTo educate and answer all the questions we had. Would be a GREAT gift for someone!”

“I have been renting monthly/weekly from Enterprise for the last almost 2 years and this branch is hands down the best. Emma, Sophia and Lucas are the nicest employees. I work in senior care and would occasional bring one of my residents with me when I returned the car. They welcomed my resident in and engaged them in conversation as well. They went above and beyond their roles! I recently stopped needing to rent vehicles and will seeing saying hi to them. Truly 10/10 branch and people.”
“I was going to rate much lower because I rented a car from them that was supposed to be 4wheel drive but it wasn't. We didn't realize that it wasn't 4wheel drive until we had the car out in Breckenridge and it snowed 10 inches and we got stuck. They ended up giving us a refund and two free days rental so my rating definitely improved. I took one star away because hopefully they will better train employees to know which cars are 4wheel drive in the future.”
“This Enterprise has the best customer service but you almost don’t need to worry about that because they are so kind, professional and efficient! I’ve rented all over the country for work and will easily say this is one of the top ones I have rented from. I will actually drive or Uber here than 3 other locations closer to me because they are excellent. On time, organized, and very rational about unique situations. Really great group of employees here. I have rented from here over 5 times since moving here and it’s been consistent, sorry it took so long for me to post this!”
“I will absolutely rent a vehicle from this location again in the future. They didn't have the mini van we reserved but had an SUV which worked out well and gave us a discount for not having the mini van available. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this location.”
“I get the best service every time I get my vehicle. Alison is the best she is the one I gave 5 stars She is friendly smart and treat you as if you are her best friend or family member. I myself would like to deal with her when I am there. On other hand your other associates need some training and need work on dealing with customers. For that I would give only one star. I and my wife were not satisfied or got what we were asking for and could get clarification.”

“Very good service, the only thing I didn't like is that I booked a medium-sized car and they gave me a small one. I asked the representative what the small one was and he couldn't answer me. He told me that we have one for you. They need to be more specific in describing the size of the car. car”
“I needed the car the day after the Farm Aid concert. I was able to pick up the car close to my hotel. The rental office was scrambling with high volume plus their computers weren't working properly. Even so the Budget and Avis persons worked together. I had a car in a timely manner. It was a larger vehicle than I had ordered yet I was given the same price. It was a beautiful, new, white Ford Explorer. I was confused at drop off and didn't turn in paperwork. A call reassured me all would be well. And today I got my deposit back. I had also used AMX deal to get an additional refund.I'm happy.”

“No complaints! Everything was super easy and straightforward. Our experience was everything that you would want from a car rental experience. We rented a compact car for one day, and the car was fine. We booked the car through Costco, and not through Avis directly, so maybe that influenced our experience. Who knows? In any case, the whole transaction went smoothly.This Avis is located in an unassuming strip mall with a bunch of different shops and restaurants on the corner of 96th Street and Michigan Avenue. I didn't see Avis at first when I entered the shopping center, but it's there!”
“I’ve rented from this location a few times. Had minor issues (nothing that would prevent my trip) but most importantly is even the minor issues they looked out. They offered an upgrade, etc. I appreciate the staff here and will always come back for my rental needs.”
“Drove one Avis’s cars from Chicago to Indianapolis. Had an amazing experience both when picking up and dropping off. I dropped off a little late but Amy in Indianapolis was super sweet and super helpful. Will definitely use again!”

“A lot has changed in the last 2 years since covid with our rental companies you have to meet the criteria before you can have them pick you up so make sure you call to find out what that is first and as far as reimbursement from your insurance company always check to make sure what your actual policy says is in order to be reimbursed for rental cars you may not be covered of course that's not the rental cars companies fault but since they're part of the whole bracket they're lumped in thanks budget wishing you were as customer service focused as you use to be.”

“Thank goodness for Avis. My car broke down and while it was in the shop, my family rented a car from here. They were reasonably priced and the car we got was a pretty nice one. Other places we looked at had nice cars too, but they were a bit pricier. We rented for 9 days and had no issues whatsoever. One thing to remember though, fill up the tank before you return the car! We did, but if you don't, your bill will be +$10 per gallon that they have to fill it. If we're ever in need of an in-town car rental again, we'll probably rent with Avis.”

“First of all, these reviews that I see about this place is honestly just beyond stupid.This place is honestly one of the best rental locations that I know other than the one that is near me. This location truly makes a bad day into a good day!The counter people at the front desk are PHENOMENAL! They know what they are doing and I noticed they were have an issue with the system and they had grabbed their branch manager which I believe his name is Korey?, he was awesome in assisting his colleagues and making sure everything was smooth sailing from there.If you are HONESTLY looking for a good place to rent from. Go to this location. These people who are putting these made-up reviews are just being rude and don't understand the world of rental cars.Also to the people who are complaining about the man at the desk, y’all need to chill.( I used to work for a rental car company! )”
