“I have had three different projects done by Caliber over the last three years. Two were insurance work for Hail damage. The cars looked new when they were done. They are great to work with. They know what they’re doing. They do it fast and they do it well. I could not be happier. They go out of their way to make sure that I know everything is going to happen, how much it’s going to cost and when is going to be done. The staff is very pleasant to work with. Frank is great. And, they make sure that it is completely done to my satisfaction before I sign for it. I could not recommend them more highly.”

“Had a fantastic experience with Jon McPherson and team at Caliber - Zionsville. My repair was fairly simple, a new tailgate, but it came out better than I expected. When I took delivery on my car, not only was the tailgate perfect, but the entire car was incredibly clean (Inside and out). When I was pulling out, one of the techs asked me to stop, one of my taillights was out, and he changed it on the spot without charge. Seems like a small things, but the small things are the big things. Very much appreciated for the great work gang.”
“Had significant hail damage and after trying to get quotes (to no avail) from several local body shops, I was shocked at the fast response from them. Very thorough explanation of the process as well as providing a loaner vehicle. Although my insurance company was not the easiest for them to deal with, when I got my car back, I was absolutely speechless! It’s even more beautiful than it was before! “I take my Jeep to Vivid for all its upgrades. Alex has done everything from lift and tires to a full stereo upgrade to headlights, break light and light bar and pods for me. He’s fast and when I get my vehicle back it’s clean like it was when I took it in. I would highly recommend Vivid to anyone that wants vehicle upgrades.”
“I’ve brought my 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS here several times. These guys get the job done like you agreed upon without any villainous nonsense that you may experience at other nearby establishments. I brought in new wheels, tires, and an exhaust kit this time around and asked to have them installed. They finished the job in 2.5 hours just as the guy on the phone initially quoted. Their work is very precise and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.”
“Danny does fantastic work and at the best prices around. I had the double whammy. I hit one of our cars in the driveway so I had 2 cars with damage. I didn't want to make a claim and drive my insurance costs up so I hunted around and found Danny. He fixed both vehicles for an affordable price and saved me needing to make a claim on my insurance. He replaces only what needs to be replaced and repairs what he can unlike some of these other outfits that drive up the cost by replacing parts that can be repaired. “Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”

He assessed and explained my option fromthe simplest to the most complex, and was transparent about what he could and couldn't guarantee, what he might do were he in my position, and what the cost efficiency of each option would be. He was communicative, friendly, and worked very quickly. I used the FastLane service as it wasn't an insurance matter and was even able to get my issue resolved in a single morning.”
